This document recommends 4 yoga asanas to improve digestion by massaging abdominal muscles and stimulating digestive juices. Naukasana (Boat Pose) massages organs and reduces fat while relieving constipation and flatulence. Paschimottanasana (Seated Forward Bend) stretches the stomach and intestines to relieve constipation and improve digestion. Ustrasana (Camel Pose) strengthens abdominal muscles and removes gastrointestinal issues. Pavanmuktasana (Wind-Relieving Pose) also strengthens the core and removes wind-related problems.
