7. How to Use Crosswalk
Community Colleges easily determine for what courses in
their program completers of a registered apprenticeship
program can obtain transfer credit, according to their college
policies/procedures.
MOUs can be developed more easily between colleges and
DOL registered apprenticeship organizations.
DOL registered apprenticeship organizations will be able to
show their apprentices how to continue their education.
Individuals who have completed a registered apprenticeship
can get college credit.
There is a higher level of consistency for credit given across
Texas
9. Future
Will add list of Texas Community Colleges and TSTC
facilities and what programs they have.
Looking at possibilities in areas such as IT and Health
Care
