My background includes Design and development of Supercharger and Engine
brake and delivers a most quality and robust product to customer.
Most recently, I Worked on projects R1740R GM supercharger, R2650R GM
supercharger and DAF engine brake design.
I have been involved in Engine brake design from concept finalization till production
launch. In my responsibilities, I have delivered on time solution to customer, value
addition, and cost out using DFSS methodology. I have been involved for multiple
activities like analytical calculation, tolerance stacks, and engineering drawings by
applying GD&T.
In supercharger projects, I was responsible for engineering drawing, engineering
documents, tolerance stacks, design and development for various components.
In earlier company, I was responsible for delivering quality solution to customer using
sheet metal on various compressors design. Successfully, I have completed 50%
cost out project before delivery time with considering great customer satisfaction
level.
In all together, I have included in customer handling, problem solving, and concept
finalization with daily or weekly calls with customers/counterparts.
In my career, I built strong computer proficiencies in ProE, PTC creo, Unigraphics,
AutoCAD, Inventor, Minitab, @Risk and other basic applications. Further, my skills
are in DFSS methodology, Design for manufacturing, GD&T, Engineering,
Manufacturing, Product design, Process Improvement, DFMEA, DMAIC, Design for
assembly, Product development, Supercharger and engine brake design.
