What we know about God Almighty is the result of what He has chosen to
reveal of Himself. And in the course of human history, God has seen
fit to reveal new truths about His plan and purpose at appropriate times.
I. ___________ did God tell His Secret to? (vv.1-5,7)
“_______, the prisoner of Christ Jesus & servant of the gospel.”
“God’s holy ____________ and _________________.”
“The ____________” (Col.1:26)
II. ___________ is this mystery? (vs.6)
“Christ in you, the hope of glory!” Colossians 1:27b
Gentiles are “fellow – ____________” in Christ.
Gentiles are “members of _________ _________” in Christ.
Gentiles are “_________________” of the promise in Christ.
III. __________ was this secret revealed? (vv.8-9)
The word translated “dispensation, stewardship, administration” is
the Greek word “oikonomia” from which we transliterate economy.
IV. __________ was this mystery revealed? (vv.10-12)
“In the classroom of God’s universe, He is the Teacher, the angels
are the students, the church is the illustration, and the subject
is the manifold wisdom of God.” John MacArthur

7. With the congregational approval of the proposal to build our new
Christian Education and Youth wing, as well as a new storage building, the
Board submitted the plans from Holland Engineering under the guidance of
Elzinga and Volkers Construction Professionals to the Park Township Planning
Board and received unanimous approval!
As you have noticed, we’ve already done a lot of “breaking ground” by
cutting trees, burning and pulling stumps in the back of the church where
we’ll be building and the volunteer work has been phenomenal. But to
“officially” kick things off, we have a special morning set aside to celebrate
our groundbreaking for the expansion of our church facilities and ministries.
We have designated May 5th
at 10:45 a.m. as our formal prelude to begin
the building of our new facilities here at Parkside!
We have a special service planned, which will take place during our 10:45
a.m. worship service, both inside and outside. Next Sunday at 10:45 a.m.!
