The Necto Home page is the gateway to the Workboards and Discussions you and your peers have created and visited in Necto. It provides thumbnail previews and quick links to those Workboards and discussions.
The User area contains your profile Name, Picture (if loaded), email address, plus your Topics of interest and Friends. You can quickly and easily edit your profile from these areas.
The Application Bar is positioned at the top of the Workboard and of the Necto Home page, and it contains the options that apply to the entire application.
5 navigation components: Recent, Favorite, Relevant, Recent discussions, Recent subscriptions, along with the Search bar make up the rest of the Homepage
Recent Workboards: The Workboards you have visited recently. When you start Necto, the Home page displays your recent Workboards by default.
Favorite Workboards: The Workboards you have added to your list of favorites.
Relevant Workboards: In the Home page, Necto shows the Workboards that are most relevant for your work, and that you are allowed to access. These Workboards are suggested because the system learns from the way you use the system with such values as Topics, Likes, dimensions usage etc.
Recent Discussions option in the Necto Home page displays the discussions that you have initiated and those in which you have participated. All the participants in the discussion will be notified via the Recent Discussions option on the Necto Home page, along with an email to prompt a response to the discussion topic.
