8. Insight
Initially I had the thought of discussing about the
problems that are faced in training and grooming
freshers in an organization. After the interview
with HR manager, I understand that it is not only
training and grooming, after spending money and
energy on the training process, retaining the
trained freshers for the actual benefit of an
organization is also the major concern. With this
insight the problem statement is modified and
framed accordingly.
