Idea SparkBusiness idea arose from one of the founders going through anoutplacement process following a company closure The process had involved significant direct contact hours with a career coach and was expensive. The career management process had obvious benefits for individuals and healthy businesses too.Opportunity was identified to create an accessible, effective,on-line & affordable career management service.
