A group of skilled people aimed to complete a task, job or
project.
What is a team building?
Team building refers to the various activities undertaken to
motivate the team members and increase the overall performance
of the team.

3. Why Team Building ?
It helps in the overall development of the team members.
 Improving the team’s performance.
 Strengthens the bond among the employees.
Motivate employees to work and achieve the targets.
Encourage the team members to work hard and realize their
dreams.
