SLIDE 1:
Good afternoon, everyone. I'm delighted to be here today to present to you. I have a few opening slides to present the model, and then I will delve a little deeper in the deck with the goal of sharing more with you afterward.
SLIDE 2:
Our mission is clear: produce the healthiest and most sustainable recycled agricultural products while reducing leaching and methane off-gassing to protect our planet.
SLIDE 8:
To address these challenges, we have pioneered a unique approach that efficiently deconstructs and separates the total waste stream into its individual components. Clean shavings into one stream, Manure biomass into the other creating multiple bi-products.
Our solution, a zero-waste recycling facility, features proven equipment and a patent-pending design that we would love to share with you.
SLIDE 9:
We do have the first-mover advantage. We reduce operational costs for farms. We can recycle a waste stream to new bedding for $3.00 a bag and sell for $6.00 We manufacture a healthier product through a patent-pending natural compound that is infused into the shavings to make it better for horse, rider, and the barn environment. We create a brand, and become the leader that will bolster strong investor potential.
SLIDE 16:
To fuel our expansion plans, we are currently raising $16 million in equity and debt capital. This funding will build our flagship location and provide the necessary working capital.
SLIDE 20:
In conclusion, our vision is to establish self-sustaining centers of excellence that contribute to a healthier planet. By ending the stockpiling and outside composting of manure, we drive innovation, research, and collaboration to improve water quality and waste management practices. Reduce deforestation (by recycling the same fiber saving 5 million cubic ft per year) and carbon trading to reduce our carbon footprint.
Thank you for your attention today. Together, we can protect the environment and contribute to regenerative agriculture while creating an economic benefit to industry and a 10 X Company ROI.

7. Regulations. Demand. Need.
Growing Pain Points.
Growing Government Restrictions
This problem has been exasperated by tightened US and EU regulations restricting how horse stall
residual waste is disposed of. Regulators are banning disposal to landfills, spreading, or burning,
which limits disposal sites. Without a solution due to the sheer volume, illegal dumping has increased
Low Wood Supply & High Fertilizer Demand
Wood shaving shortages has raised bedding prices, transportation costs, and disposal expenses.
The peat moss ban, driven by high GHG emissions, further escalates biofertilizer & chemical fertilizer
prices.
Environmental Crisis from Manure
And contributes to the environmental impact, the lignin in wood harms the soil and reduces crop
yield. Horse manure, rich in phosphorous leaches into lakes & waterways causing harmful algae
growth in water, killing fish and impacting tourism
9. First Mover
Advantage
Reduces disposal costs & recurring
bedding prices for farms, grounds,
racetracks reducing their op costs

Allergenic testing on recycled bedding
The study revealed that horses bedded on recycled bedding exhibited
improved airway conditions, including clear carina, minimal mucus, and
opening of the bronchi, in contrast to horses bedded on straw for shorter
periods. These horses showed lower airway resistance and better bronchial
scores compared to straw bedding. Additionally, the recycled bedding was
easier to handle, dust-free, and mold-free.
