2. Affordable Bio Feedstock In 2008 we introduced our Thermal Depolymerization process for recycling grease trap waste. Over the last two years we have invested in improving our process, reaching major milestones in terms of daily capacity and brown grease recovery. Since beginning operation at our first plant in Kissimmee, Florida in 2009, we have processed over 9 million gallons of grease trap waste, producing over 283,000 gallons of brown grease and 300 tons of organic solids. We are now entering the commercialization phase of our business plan, embarking on an aggressive expansion which will lead us ultimately to becoming a national brand and leader in waste oil and grease reclamation and distribution.
3. We are the leading grease trap waste recycler in Florida. Using our proprietary process, we can recycle over 60,000 gallons of waste per day, per plant. Its is estimated that over 4 billion pounds of grease trap waste is created in the U.S. annually. It is a cost to the food service businesses that produce it; the trap grease haulers that collect it; and the municipal landfills and dumping sites where it is taken for disposal. We turn this costly and troublesome waste into products that can be used for renewable energy generation and to increase agricultural yields, among many other applications. About Our Business Responsible Revolutionary Recycling
4. We recycle 99% of grease trap waste contents for reuse. Our disposal, or tipping fees are set at a meaningful discount to market rates - saving haulers money and insuring a steady supply of raw material in the markets in which we operate. Grease trap waste is separated into three commercially marketable products: Brown Grease – a feedstock for biofuel production and other applications. Products and Services Organic Solids – a composting material and 100% organic soil enhancer. Reclaimed Water – perfect for orchard groves, sod farms, parks and golf courses due it its high nutrient content.
5. Revenue Generation Tipping Fee We receive a tipping fee for every gallon of grease trap waste disposed of at our plants. Tipping fees range nationally from $.05 to over $.36 per gallon. Brown Grease Sales We supply brown grease to the biofuels industry but it has many other uses. In the last year, the price of brown grease has climbed over $1.20 per gallon and is expected to continue to track traditional fuel prices. In addition, we qualify for a $.50 per gallon cash incentive for every gallon of brown grease we produce which is used as a liquid fuel from a biomass. Organic Solids Our organic solids will be sold as a 100% organic soil conditioner and for composting. As volumes increase, we expect the sale of organic solids to become our leading revenue generator.
6. Target Markets We have identified key target markets for each of the products and services we offer: Trap Grease Haulers Municipalities Land Applied Facility Operators Biorefinery Operators Animal Feed Manufacturers Waste Oil Exporters Waste-to-Energy Facilities Over 90% of the grease trap waste produced in the U.S. is destined for landfills and private dump sites. We are currently the only company with the ability to deploy at a multi-million gallon per year volumes responsibly.
