1. Our Saviour Lutheran Preschool
120 South Henry Street, Green Bay, Wisconsin 54302
April 2014
Dear Parents,
BIBLE TIME:
During our bible time this month, we will be sharing the JOY of Jesus’ resurrection. We will also
share in the wondrous beauty of spring as we are reminded of the new life God gives us with the
blossoming of new life this spring. Pastor Hatch will be visiting our classroom each Tuesday this
month as he has been throughout the year. Our students are getting to know him and they enjoy their
time with him as well.
“H “HE HAS RISEN.” What beautiful words for us as Christians. Easter is one of the most joyful times of the
Church Year as we celebrate with Christians around the world in the triumph of life over death! Easter is
one of those “ta da” moments where we revel in the miracle of the Resurrection. The disciples believed
that it was over and Jesus was gone, but the Lord of life was victorious. One by one he showed himself,
first to the women and then to the other disciples, their grief and fear was replaced with the wonder of
a living Lord! I pray this Easter will be such a moment for you.
Our “Integrity” word of the month is JOY.
Our Bible verse is:
“Shout for joy to the Lord, all the earth. Worship the Lord with gladness;
come before Him with joyful songs.
Psalm 100:1-2
