Foster Me
Treatment written by Oshin Gurung
Israel Gordon’s upbringing with his parents has always been
difficult throughout his entire life. This is due to his father
always being busy with his work and hardly spending more time at
home with his family. Although Israel’s mother is at home with him
but due to his mother suffering from bi-polar disorder, it makes it
challenging for Israel to connect and communicate with his mother
because of her unpredicted emotions. Hence, this meant that he was
never able to receive the proper care which he deserved to earn such
as wearing clean clothes, having someone who he could call friend
and finding food to eat. As this continued on he slowly realised
that he will never be able to have a mother and son relationship
like any other family.
The day was like any usual day except the weather today was gloomy
and cloudy. Israel and his mother was minding their own business and
following their usual routine. Israel’s mother was watching
television while on the other hand, Israel was sitting at the corner
of the room and carefully drawing what he thought a happy family
should look like. He included the three words in his drawing which
he had never heard his parents say ‘I love you’. Satisfied at his
drawing, he walked up to his mother and showed her his drawing only
to hear her say without any emotion ‘What is this?’. While Israel is
taking his time and explaining her the meaning of the drawing, he
can sense that his mother has begun to lose her interest the more he
continues to talk about his ideal family. Slowly he stops himself as
he begins to realise again that his imagination will never come
true. The moment he pointed out to the three words which were
written on the paper, he saw his mother fuming in rage and screaming
at him as to how she will does not love him nor she will ever
because she finds him selfish for never understanding the struggle
she went through to take care for him. Straight after that, she
snatched the drawing away from him and ripped it into pieces, making
Israel to go to his room and leave her alone.
With tears rolling down his cheeks, Israel ran up to his room as
those scenes replayed in his head. All he wanted was to show his
mother the drawing which he took time to draw which only ended up
being destroyed by his mother in front of his face. He then imagines
how his father would had reacted differently if he had showed the
drawing to him however, never has Israel’s father took time to ever
spend time with him that’s when he realised as to how his family
will slowly break apart if there is no love spread within the
family. This sudden thought made Israel to find the house phone and
go back to his room.
Israel begins dialling ‘999’ as soon as he gets hold of the phone,
only to hear ‘Police Federal Government, how can I help?’ from the
other side of the phone making him bursts out in tears. Guilt washes
through Israel because he knows that as soon as he tells the police
about what is happening and how he is living with his parents, he
might be taken away from his parents and has to be put into foster
care where he will never see his parents again. However, Israel
knows that telling the police is the right thing to do and they are
the only people who can save him from being isolated and, can help
to be looked after better. After some thinking Israel finally speaks
up and says ‘Help me’. Within 30 minutes of that phone call, two
people are presented at the door one is a police officer and the
other one is a social worker. Israel’s mother opens the door only be
to confuse at the sight of two unwanted visitors who tells her that
they need to enter the house so they can explain the situation.
When Israel is told to go upstairs in his room by his mother, the
social worker stops her and tells Israel to stay. Israel could feel
his mother’s eye piercing at the back of his head by now he knew his
mother has found out that he was the one who called the police on
her. Time is ticking by and Israel is being question by the social
worker every now and then. The more difficult the questions are
asked, the more he feels guilty because he knows now there is no
turning back. His mother remains silent the whole time with tears
rolling down her cheek as she process the situation how her own son
turned his back on her. The social worker breaks the silence by
saying that she will take Israel along with her and the officer.
Despite Mrs Gordon trying to keep her son with her it was too late
as Israel was already out of the door not even daring to look back
at his mother’s face. Israel can hear his mother screaming and
crying in the background as he is making his way to the officer’s
car. As the car starts to move away from his mother, he cannot help
but break down in tears thinking what is going to happen now…
--------------------------------------------------------------------
It has been five months since Israel moved in with the Miller. The
Miller family consists of three children, identical twins Ayana and
Zaina, another young girl called Krishna and the mother Sarah. With
Israel joining the Miller, he was now the youngest and the only boy
in the family. This new family was what he had always dreamed of
having where you did everything together from playing, going out to
eat and reading bed time stories. His new mother would spend a lot
of quality time together with him and his siblings. It was all too
good until one day it all started to change.
Israel wakes up and makes his way downstairs where he finds his
mother cooking, instead of her greeting him she remains silent and
ignore Israel completely. The sudden feeling of isolation starts to
hit him but that feeling still lingers when he finds his sister
Krishna laughing alone staring at a blank TV screen, ignoring
Israel. As Israel makes his way back to his room, he finds the twin
sisters in their room saying something very fast but they suddenly
stop when they notice a presence near them. They stare at Israel
with silence until he asks them as to why everyone is ignoring him.
The twins tell Israel to shut the door and they begin to explain him
that the ‘spirits’ are in their house. The spirits of all the
children who were foster by Sarah Miller were slowly killed one by
one because they stopped following her rules. As she was never able
to have her own kids with her husband Paul Miller due to infertile,
she started to have an obsession of fostering kids. By fostering she
was able to raise the kids with her own parenting ways however, if
the children stopped following her rules and disobey her disciple
then she would become frustrated, angry and threaten that those kids
will never listen to her again. So far she there has been 5 deaths
in the house which has been witnessed by the three siblings. The
twins tell Israel the reason why their mother is quiet because she
can feel the children’s spirits in the house and that they all want
to take her life.
--------------------------------------------------------------------
Since the twins explained Israel about the ‘spirits’, from then on
he has been avoiding any form of communication or interaction with
his mother because he is afraid that she will hurt her. Every time
Israel tries to sleep, he can hear loud whispers in his ears but the
second he gets up the sound is nowhere near him instead it is
further away causing Israel to follow the sound. As Israel follows
the sound from his room to the corridor he is stopped in his track
because his mother is standing on the other end of the corridor
looking displeased. The mother questions him as to why he is out of
his room but Israel remains silent causing his mother to shout at
him in anger and chase him. Luckily, Israel was a fast runner and he
was able to lock himself in his room while his mother was left
banging on the door.
Suddenly, silent was surrounded in his room till the sounds of
children laughing were heard.
That day onwards Israel continued to witness a lot of events such as
encountering the spirits of his deceased siblings. His two deceased
sisters Rushali and Kisma were the first spirits he witnessed when
they were playing with Krishna. The second spirit he saw was Kevin
when he was playing alone with the toys the spirit appeared and
disappeared walking straight into Israel, that’s when he notice
Kevin’s soul entered his body.
Since the day Israel witnessed Kevin from that day on he has been
behaving different, he has more hatred and anger towards his mother
inside him and, he wants to kill his mother. All of Kevin’s deceased
siblings plan to kill their mother to let their soul rest in peace.
However, Mrs Miller begins to notice how her children are starting
to ignore her and refusing to do or eat anything she cooks.
Mrs Miller starts to be paranoid and sleepless due to paranoia
activities beginning to occur in the house. The spirits aim is to
make her have a slow death so she can feel the pain which they felt
and, they want her to apologies for what she has done. Their plan is
to do this when she is asleep and torture her. To make all these
paranoia to stop Mrs Miller decides to slowly kill her child one by
one before they all plan to kill her using the weapons.
Mrs Miller is powerless when she finds herself defeated by all the
spirits in the house, to seek help she runs away but she ends up not
receiving any help from anyone.
While running far away from the spirits, Mrs Miller leads herself to
the woods not knowing where she is as she turns around; she is
encounter by the spirts and is on a strong hold by them. They drag
her deep into the woods, tie her up, tease and torture her. Israel
tells her to apologies to all the spirits and the kids or else he
will kill her. Mrs Miller is stunned to see how far her actions has
reached and she cries out loud in disappointment while the kids and
spirits laugh out loud making Mrs Miller’s fear to grow more.
Mrs Miller quietly begs and apologises to the kids to not kill her
however, the only thing that can be heard is all of the kids and
spirits saying ‘It is too late’ as they all gather around Mrs Miller
and attack her till she dies.
Blood is splatter everywhere and only Israel, Krishna, Ayana and
Zaina is left stunned in the woods with their dead mother’s body on
the ground. The girls suggest that they should all go back to their
house and pretend like nothing happened.
--------------------------------------------------------------------
The Miller siblings are now in a CPs Care home until they meet Paul
Miller, their deceased mother’s ex-husband. When the Miller sibling
sees him they feel they have finally found their parental figure.
However, there’s something they don’t know which is that Paul
Miller’s only reason to adopt them is to get revenge for the death
of his ex-wife.
THE END

Foster Me Treatment

  • 1. Foster Me Treatment written by Oshin Gurung Israel Gordon’s upbringing with his parents has always been difficult throughout his entire life. This is due to his father always being busy with his work and hardly spending more time at home with his family. Although Israel’s mother is at home with him but due to his mother suffering from bi-polar disorder, it makes it challenging for Israel to connect and communicate with his mother because of her unpredicted emotions. Hence, this meant that he was never able to receive the proper care which he deserved to earn such as wearing clean clothes, having someone who he could call friend and finding food to eat. As this continued on he slowly realised that he will never be able to have a mother and son relationship like any other family. The day was like any usual day except the weather today was gloomy and cloudy. Israel and his mother was minding their own business and following their usual routine. Israel’s mother was watching television while on the other hand, Israel was sitting at the corner of the room and carefully drawing what he thought a happy family should look like. He included the three words in his drawing which he had never heard his parents say ‘I love you’. Satisfied at his drawing, he walked up to his mother and showed her his drawing only to hear her say without any emotion ‘What is this?’. While Israel is taking his time and explaining her the meaning of the drawing, he can sense that his mother has begun to lose her interest the more he continues to talk about his ideal family. Slowly he stops himself as he begins to realise again that his imagination will never come true. The moment he pointed out to the three words which were written on the paper, he saw his mother fuming in rage and screaming at him as to how she will does not love him nor she will ever because she finds him selfish for never understanding the struggle she went through to take care for him. Straight after that, she snatched the drawing away from him and ripped it into pieces, making Israel to go to his room and leave her alone. With tears rolling down his cheeks, Israel ran up to his room as those scenes replayed in his head. All he wanted was to show his mother the drawing which he took time to draw which only ended up being destroyed by his mother in front of his face. He then imagines how his father would had reacted differently if he had showed the drawing to him however, never has Israel’s father took time to ever spend time with him that’s when he realised as to how his family will slowly break apart if there is no love spread within the family. This sudden thought made Israel to find the house phone and go back to his room. Israel begins dialling ‘999’ as soon as he gets hold of the phone, only to hear ‘Police Federal Government, how can I help?’ from the other side of the phone making him bursts out in tears. Guilt washes through Israel because he knows that as soon as he tells the police about what is happening and how he is living with his parents, he

However, Israel knows that telling the police is the right thing to do and they are the only people who can save him from being isolated and, can help to be looked after better. After some thinking Israel finally speaks up and says ‘Help me’. Within 30 minutes of that phone call, two people are presented at the door one is a police officer and the other one is a social worker. Israel’s mother opens the door only be to confuse at the sight of two unwanted visitors who tells her that they need to enter the house so they can explain the situation. When Israel is told to go upstairs in his room by his mother, the social worker stops her and tells Israel to stay. Israel could feel his mother’s eye piercing at the back of his head by now he knew his mother has found out that he was the one who called the police on her. Time is ticking by and Israel is being question by the social worker every now and then. The more difficult the questions are asked, the more he feels guilty because he knows now there is no turning back. His mother remains silent the whole time with tears rolling down her cheek as she process the situation how her own son turned his back on her. The social worker breaks the silence by saying that she will take Israel along with her and the officer. Despite Mrs Gordon trying to keep her son with her it was too late as Israel was already out of the door not even daring to look back at his mother’s face. Israel can hear his mother screaming and crying in the background as he is making his way to the officer’s car. As the car starts to move away from his mother, he cannot help but break down in tears thinking what is going to happen now… -------------------------------------------------------------------- It has been five months since Israel moved in with the Miller. The Miller family consists of three children, identical twins Ayana and Zaina, another young girl called Krishna and the mother Sarah. With Israel joining the Miller, he was now the youngest and the only boy in the family. This new family was what he had always dreamed of having where you did everything together from playing, going out to eat and reading bed time stories. His new mother would spend a lot of quality time together with him and his siblings. It was all too good until one day it all started to change. Israel wakes up and makes his way downstairs where he finds his mother cooking, instead of her greeting him she remains silent and ignore Israel completely. The sudden feeling of isolation starts to hit him but that feeling still lingers when he finds his sister Krishna laughing alone staring at a blank TV screen, ignoring Israel. As Israel makes his way back to his room, he finds the twin sisters in their room saying something very fast but they suddenly stop when they notice a presence near them. They stare at Israel with silence until he asks them as to why everyone is ignoring him. The twins tell Israel to shut the door and they begin to explain him that the ‘spirits’ are in their house. The spirits of all the
  • 3. children who were foster by Sarah Miller were slowly killed one by one because they stopped following her rules. As she was never able to have her own kids with her husband Paul Miller due to infertile, she started to have an obsession of fostering kids. By fostering she was able to raise the kids with her own parenting ways however, if the children stopped following her rules and disobey her disciple then she would become frustrated, angry and threaten that those kids will never listen to her again. So far she there has been 5 deaths in the house which has been witnessed by the three siblings. The twins tell Israel the reason why their mother is quiet because she can feel the children’s spirits in the house and that they all want to take her life. -------------------------------------------------------------------- Since the twins explained Israel about the ‘spirits’, from then on he has been avoiding any form of communication or interaction with his mother because he is afraid that she will hurt her. Every time Israel tries to sleep, he can hear loud whispers in his ears but the second he gets up the sound is nowhere near him instead it is further away causing Israel to follow the sound. As Israel follows the sound from his room to the corridor he is stopped in his track because his mother is standing on the other end of the corridor looking displeased. The mother questions him as to why he is out of his room but Israel remains silent causing his mother to shout at him in anger and chase him. Luckily, Israel was a fast runner and he was able to lock himself in his room while his mother was left banging on the door. Suddenly, silent was surrounded in his room till the sounds of children laughing were heard. That day onwards Israel continued to witness a lot of events such as encountering the spirits of his deceased siblings. His two deceased sisters Rushali and Kisma were the first spirits he witnessed when they were playing with Krishna. The second spirit he saw was Kevin when he was playing alone with the toys the spirit appeared and disappeared walking straight into Israel, that’s when he notice Kevin’s soul entered his body. Since the day Israel witnessed Kevin from that day on he has been behaving different, he has more hatred and anger towards his mother inside him and, he wants to kill his mother. All of Kevin’s deceased siblings plan to kill their mother to let their soul rest in peace. However, Mrs Miller begins to notice how her children are starting to ignore her and refusing to do or eat anything she cooks. Mrs Miller starts to be paranoid and sleepless due to paranoia activities beginning to occur in the house. The spirits aim is to make her have a slow death so she can feel the pain which they felt and, they want her to apologies for what she has done. Their plan is to do this when she is asleep and torture her. To make all these paranoia to stop Mrs Miller decides to slowly kill her child one by one before they all plan to kill her using the weapons.
  • 4. Mrs Miller is powerless when she finds herself defeated by all the spirits in the house, to seek help she runs away but she ends up not receiving any help from anyone. While running far away from the spirits, Mrs Miller leads herself to the woods not knowing where she is as she turns around; she is encounter by the spirts and is on a strong hold by them. They drag her deep into the woods, tie her up, tease and torture her. Israel tells her to apologies to all the spirits and the kids or else he will kill her. Mrs Miller is stunned to see how far her actions has reached and she cries out loud in disappointment while the kids and spirits laugh out loud making Mrs Miller’s fear to grow more. Mrs Miller quietly begs and apologises to the kids to not kill her however, the only thing that can be heard is all of the kids and spirits saying ‘It is too late’ as they all gather around Mrs Miller and attack her till she dies. Blood is splatter everywhere and only Israel, Krishna, Ayana and Zaina is left stunned in the woods with their dead mother’s body on the ground. The girls suggest that they should all go back to their house and pretend like nothing happened. -------------------------------------------------------------------- The Miller siblings are now in a CPs Care home until they meet Paul Miller, their deceased mother’s ex-husband. When the Miller sibling sees him they feel they have finally found their parental figure. However, there’s something they don’t know which is that Paul Miller’s only reason to adopt them is to get revenge for the death of his ex-wife. THE END
