CENSORSHIP

    POSITIVE ASPECTS
Children can learn bad language and bad manners
    People can adopt violent behaviours
    NEGATIVE ASPECTS
There would be too little freedom of speech
    Control your mind

• COMPOSITION PLAN

    INTRODUCTION:
Censorship in TV , cinema, video games and music.
Influence of the media on young people and children.

    POSITIVE ASPECTS:
Children can learn bad language while they are watching some films or programmes on
    TV.
Violent video games could be inappropriate for young people who are growing up.
Censorship could help to avoid the learning of bad manners.

    NEGATIVE ASPECTS:
In music, the censored lyrics can't express the real feelings or ideas of the author.
    Censorship shapes people's personality.

    CONCLUSION:
There should be some norms which rule the proper use of the video games, or the
showing of certain TV programmes. But everything can't be controlled, because one of
the most important things we must have is the freedom of being ourselves.

• COMPOSITION

Nowadays, we can see on TV a lot of programmes with bad language, high sexual content
or violence. All of these programmes are shown at any time, so it could be harmful for
children. Another important point is the inappropriate use of video games, it can have an
important effect on young people. Even lyrics may contain aggressive messages which
    can influence people's mind.

On the one hand, censorship can be useful to decide what time is right to show certain TV
contents. There are some gossip programmes which mustn't be shown in the afternoon,
because they have a lot of bad language . Adult films must be shown when children are in
bed. And all the films must have a not-allowed age limit, it isn't enough to recommend
    the films.

What is more, there are a lot of video games where you are the main character and you
have to work as a hired assassin, smuggle or crash cars; and it may influence young
people to have an aggressive behaviour. So , as films, video games should be supervised
    by parents.
On the other hand, censorship can shape our personality, and everybody should have its
own freedom. We should grow up without limits in our thoughts. We should be able to
find the right way without being controlled.
In addition, censorship can have an influence on the development of an author, in
poetry, in music... Maybe, censored lyrics can't express the real feelings of the author.
And it would mean a little freedom of speech.

In conclusion, I think there must be several norms to rule the broadcasting, and to get a
proper use of the video games. Although, we have to put limits to the limits, because one
of the most important things we must have is the freedom of being ourselves.

    GOOD-and good draft notes too.
