   2. director – film directed, writted and produced by MICHAEL MOORE
   3. plot – American system of Medicine and health insurances
   4. the end – The director hopes that in the future the American health system will
        change
   5. success – the film had a discrete success because isn’t convenient for politicien
   6. critic’s opinion – a lot of people considered “Sicko” the best film of Michael
        Moore
   7. an important scene – the producer went to a hospital in Cuba with a group of
American’s ill for checking their health
   8. who the film would appeal to change: the American health system
   9. recommendations – I recommend very much this film to know the social
        situation in U.S.

Directed by Michael Moore, the film “Sicko” makes one’s debut in 2007. It’s a
documentary film witch shows the American health system across the really testimony
of the people without health security.

In the Unites States 50 million of citizens doesn’t have the Health Security. 18
thousand of theme died every year because it and the most of theme have to choose
which member of their body they want to operate. The prices of the hospital attention
are very expensive. Sometimes the families have to sell their house, like the couple
Smith, Larry and Danna. Years ago, they had good jobs, six kids, and they were happy,
but when they got ill they lost their house, their job and they had to move to their
daughter’s home.

The film’s director says that he thought that the health companies exist for help
people but he proves that this is only a big business. He put on the internet a note for the
people who had problems with their health company. After a week he received about 25
thousand stories. Based on these stories, Moore produced the film “Sicko”. He
discovers that the health companies don’t accept sign an insurance policy with people
too thin or too fat. There are a lot of conditions which are not covered, illnesses like
diabetes, heart diseases, part of cancers, etc. Even the persons who had the health
police, like the Family Smith, when they got ill “too much”, they were abandoned by
the health company.

The film’s highlights were when Michael Moore went to Cuba with a group of
American’s ill persons, who participated in the documentary, for checking their health.
I don’t think that it was true that they were care by the specialist and the Cuba’s doctors
give theme the medicines, witch in U.S. are very expensive, without any health or
insurance policy. But this scene presents the big difference between U.S. and other
countries with social care system.

I really recommend the film because is very interesting and it’s based on the
true facts. It shows us that the American health system must change in spite of the
congressman and politicians who earn a lot of money witch the private companies of
Health.

The film’s highlights were when Michael Moore went to Cuba with a group of

I don’t think it was true that they were cured by Cuban doctors(*) , who gave them

this scene presents the big difference between U.S. and other countries with a social

I really recommend the film because it is very interesting and it’s based on true
