million people in 10 years.

should increase to 415
thousand by 2025.

million foreign
citizens live in
Russia. They are
migrants. About 4
million of them
live and work
there illegally.

are in Moscow and Saint Petersburg.

and Africa over the past two years, it has caused the strongest concerns of the
local population.

murder, and

the rapes were
committed by
migrants in
Moscow.

of the most acute.

jobs away from Russians and increase the
level of crime in society.
