I'm trying to change the Assembly scrap (%) using MM02 but the field is unchangeble. Product costing: Assembly scrap (%) usage
There is a way in SPRO to change the value of this field? This behavior is now apply Using Assembly Scrap Percentage

I believe that the assembly scrap could also be locked due to the parts MRP Profile so
it would be worth looking at the profile in MMD2 to make sure that this field is not set
to fixed entry with a value of zero. I know this because this is how I have some of the
profiles set in my system, hope this helps.

Hi,
One other way, edit the values in the table directly.
Go to SE16N; table, MARC ­> excute. Edit Assembly Scrap field (AUSSS) as required.

Look at Tcode OMSR (Logistics ­ General ­> Material Master ­> Filed selection ­>
Assign Fields to Field Selection Groups). It appears that you have MARC­AUSSS set
to display. (We have it set to optional)
