1. RESOLUTION
At the meeting of the Board of Governing Body of Asma Foundation hereinafter called the TRUST, held
at Ghouri Town Phase-1, House No. 383, Street No.9, Islamabad signed by the Chairman and all the
members of Governing Body of the Trust, the following resolution was passed:
RESOLVED that the officers of the governing body of the Trust are hereby fully authorized and
empowered to act in the name and on behalf of the Trust and
FURTHER RESOLVED that the resolution shall remain effective and in full force until it is revoked or
amended by another resolution and such revocation /amendment shall be duly notified to the concern
departments and offices where any prior resolution empowers the ex-president to do any act on behalf
of the Trust and
Further resolved that the present vice chairmanMuhammad Shahid due to his acts and omissions which
are detremental and prejudice to the general interests of the foundation is hereby removedfrom his
office under Article 11 Clause (g) of the trust deed and Mr Imran Aziz son of Aziz-Allah bearing
CNIC.37405-5128928-5 is appointeds as Vice Chairman of the trust and
FURTHER RESOLVED that the common seal of the TRUST be affix on a true copy of the RESOLUTION and
signed by the Chairmanof the trust for the onward dilevery to the concern departments and any change
in this resolution and or in any material in respect of the TRUST’s business/status shall be promptly
notified to the concern authorities along with the CNIC copy of the newly Elected Vice Chairman.
It is confirmed that the above resolution has been duly recorded in the Minutes Book of the Trust.
