A young girl who is majoring in kindergarten in a KSA
university , beautiful and friendly she likes giving help
if she asked to but she is shy .
Problem statement :
She needs a way to improve her self confidence and
quit shying to be more social person.

“people who are confident of themselves must have a perfect body
image and a beautiful face“.
“if your look is not that good you will never be a successful person one day”.
“people who are confident of them self they should be socially well known”
“you should have a self-confidence when you are good at something or so handsome
“.
“it is not necessary to have a great personality or to be a good talker what matters is
the way you look “.
“to have friends or to attract people you should look good”.
“the people who around you are the ones who make you or break you “.
“to be confident means to be good at anything “.
“if you fail at something and you know its easy you will never be able to success in it
again”.
“confidence is a life style not something you can improve”.

*most of the time smiling .

-she thinks that the look is much ore important
than the personality.
-she is kind of a shallow minded .
-she is refusing to believe that there are some
confident people but they are not popular.
-I think that the way she is thinking is blocking her
of seeing the real meaning of confidence.

FEEL section :
-I feel she has a little feeling of responsibility to try and talk
about her problem .
-the way she sees her problem made her focus on the
confident people not her self.
-she also focused on one side which is the look and the
appearance .
-she neglected the fact that building your confidence starts
from building your personality.
-she is having a kind of inferiority.
-she is depending on people improve her self confident .

Self confidence is the reason for a person to move
forward and be more comfortable with them self
and not to give attention for what would waste
there time “such as the perfect appearance “ .
#STAKEHOLDER needs a way to increase her self
confidence Because that will make chances for
her to involve in the society and give her a high
self esteem .
