5. Security Monitor System
Lighting Facilities - 24hrs. Weekly checked by the security guards, and recorded on the
Warehouse Lighting & Alarm Facilities Check List.
Alarm Facilities – 24hrs. Weekly checked by the security guards and at least two times
maintenances per year.
CCTV – Checked every day, and at least two times maintenances per year. All the video
tapes are only allowed to be accessed under the approval of the security manager.
Entry ID System – Daily checked by the security guard. The entry records need to be
checked at least once per month, any abnormal condition will be reported to the managers
immediately.
Monitoring Room – 24hr monitored by the security guards.

7. Cargo Safe Control
Cargo Load & Unload: The workers will load or unload the cargos according to the
instruction and the cargo situation. And they should fill out the cargo receipt
confirmation form accordingly which also needs to be signed by the deliveryman. If
there is any valuable cargo kept more than 2 hrs in warehouse, it must be delivered into
valuable warehouse for safe storage.
Cargo Loss: Any loss caused by the warehouse workers must be reported to the
customer service, quality & security manager and operation manager, and also be
reported to the clients in 12 hrs. If the loss are serious, the customer service should
report to the clients immediately.
Pre-load: The cargos labeled for export or the imported cargos to be delivered by us,
are not allowed to be pre-loaded or to be loaded separately.

8. Transportation Safe Control
Truck Safety: The trucks must be locked and sealed with anti-fake seals. If the truck covered
by curtain, it must be bind by shackles and cables. Each truck should be settled with GPRS or
communication systems (mobile or interphone) which makes the coordinators to keep touch
with the driver.
The keys to the trucks: All the keys to the trucks must be kept by the coordinator and locked
in the locker.
Route: The customer service will set up the routes according to the clients’ requests and
confirm with them by phones. The customer service should review the route with clients
regularly.
Emergency: The drivers have the right to refuse to carry the damaged cargos, and should
inform the operation managers immediately. The drivers have to take the responsibility if the
damages were not found during the loading. Any damage of seals during or after the delivery,
the drivers must take the photos, protect the scene and inform the safety manager.
