ABSTRACT
This project is very useful for the study of C# .net and interaction between SMS
and Computer program. This project report consists of basic idea of BULK SMS
receiving and sending through personal computer. This project basically support to
busy people who want to save the time. We have provide easy interaction for user for
adding new contact name & contact number. And also we can store information of
that person. We have provide MySQL database for store information of the person.
There are two types of BULK SMS services i.e Promotional and Transactional. We
are mainly emphasis on promotional SMS. SMS will be delivered 9 am to 9 pm only.
The Promotional SMS will deliver only to Non-DND numbers.
While SMS (Short Message Service), a text messaging service, elicits the appeal of
instantaneous communication by using mobile technology to send a text message to
anyone anytime and anywhere, bulk SMS system has expanded that capability of
SMS by implementing the ability to easily send multiple SMS messages to intended
recipients with reliability. The advantages of bulk SMS can be applied in schools and
universities to further develop classroom interactions and set up a virtual community
as a public relations system. Lecturers can conduct mobile quizzes in many question
forms with their students via SMS. Moreover, bulk SMS system provides an
information service such as sending special announcements, news and interest
information for lecturers, students and other related recipients.
Which capitalizes text messaging service by allowing students to pose
and respond to questions immediately. In terms of academic information and public
relations, the system retrieves student's interest information, such as admission
announcement, university's news and events, enrollment information, internship
opportunity and grade results, from the university's e-service systems and distributes
it to registered users. The goal of this research is to develop a system which applies a
range of technologies including mobile and web technology improve, supplement and
support student's learning and public relation via wireless communication.

1. INTRODUCTION
Bulk messaging is the dissemination of large numbers of SMS messages for
delivery to mobile phone terminals. It is used by media companies, enterprises, banks
for marketing and fraud control and consumer brands for a variety of purposes
including entertainment, enterprise and mobile marketing.
While SMS (Short Message Service), a text messaging service, elicits the
appeal of instantaneous communication by using mobile technology to send a text
message to anyone anytime and anywhere, bulk SMS system has expanded that

1.1 What is Bulk SMS?
Bulk SMS is nothing but send bulk amount of messages at a time or one click.
The Bulk message sender generally used to send a message to large number of
recipient. It is a web based software is needed to send lacks of messages at a time.
Bulk message is the dissemination of the large number of message for delivery to
mobile phones. No software installation is required by your customer our bulk SMS
module will be available through the SMS platform web based administration tool.

2. LITERATURE SURVEY
2.1 Introduction:

information about the bulk SMS. In this literature survey we are understand about the
bulk message sender and how to send bulk amount of message in any organization for
information alert about the organization. Textlocal is says that the bulk message
sender are most useful in big commercial agencies for sending the bulk amount of

4. REQUIREMENT SPECIFICATIONS
To be used efficiently, all computer software need certain hardware
components are the other software resources to be present on a computer. These pre-
requirement are know as system requirements and are often used as a guide line as
opposed to an absolute rule. Most software defines two sets of system requirements
minimum and recommended with increasing demand for higher processing power and

5. ADVANTAGES
5.1 Speed Marketing:
In today’s times when most of the businesses are on the go, you get much
lesser time to be in touch with your promising customers. So, it is necessary whatever
you are trying to convey should be short and to the point so that the customer doesn’t
have to spend much time on it. And bulk SMS has the capability of mass access.
5.2 Customer’s Attention:

business or service. Here the necessary aspect that counts to be working for the

6. DISADVANTAGES
6.1 Server Problem:
When server gets fail at that time message cannot be send to anyone
recipients. servers give problem, some might be due to upgrade.
6.2 Delayed Messages:
I sent a message for hospital visit on March 12th 2018(11am), and I expected
a large turnout for the March 14th
rally, to my surprise, some of my members
received the message that day (March 14th). Delayed SMS can be frustrating also.
6.3 SMS Character Limit:
The messages are limited to only 160 characters. Any thing longer, and you
risk your message breaking up into several smaller messages.

7. FUTURE SCOPE
The scope below demonstrate how Bulk SMS Easy is utilized in various
