The Truth about Mexico's mythical Chupacabra creature
Thesis: The Chupacabra has been a well talked about mysterious creature for years; some do not
believe what our new recent evidence has provided. I. Sightings of the Chupacabra have been
reported all over Mexico and Southern Texas. II. The Chupacabra has been hunted for centuries. III.
Local scientists have recently debunked the mystery of the Chupacabra.
Restated Thesis: even with all the new found evidence which shows the Chupacabra to be just a
myth, some will continue not to believe what science has proven.

On Mr. Mendal's website, he states that "anyone can kill a Chupacabra if they have patients."
(Mendal). Whether a Chupacabra is actually an easy creature to hunt and kill is not the real concern
for most people. Most are after the truth of whether or not the Chupacabra is actually a real creature.
People of South America believe this creature is real by majority. The
Chupacabra is a main part of their heritage and culture.
Local scientists have recently debunked the mystery of the Chupacabra. Recently, it has been
determined that our mythical Chupacabra creature is actually just an animal with no hair. In fact,
recent years have turned up many different types of dead hairless animals that seem to be
undetectable as a well know species. Researchers first thought this condition to be a terrible case of
mange. Recent studies have actually uncovered many different types of animals to have this hairless
condition to include: Raccoons, dogs, coyotes, and wolves.
Researchers now believe this condition to be a strange genetic mutation that causes the animal to be
born without hair. A recent show on televisions "Dirty Jobs" by Mike Rowe, shows an actual
Chupacabra found in Texas. This animal seems to be related to a coyote. No evidence has ever been
given to support an alien type creature with red glowing eyes. The Chupacabra will always be a
local legend among the people of South America. People will always hold onto their love of a

Vampires Impact on Literature, Movies, Ect
Does Dracula, Queen of the Damned, or Anne Rice sound familiar? Surely, they must, but not just
for one person. In fact, for people all over the world! The three terms expressed all have one thing in
common; vampires. These mythical creatures are one of the most popular horror–related figures.
Vampires may be a frightening subject for most, but that does not take away from the fact of their
popularity throughout. The fascination of vampires has greatly affected past, present, and future
cultures all around the world. "The word vampire (or vampyre) entered the English language in
1732, according to The Oxford English Dictionary" (Skal 200). One can't go living life without
knowing about the vampire because they're everywhere! Someone can ... Show more content on

These beliefs are the closest to our modern vampire. People have always and will always be affected
by the infamous vampire. "Norine Dresser, a folklorist at UCLA also wrote a book at that time
called American Vampires in which she documented vampire images in the media and described the
effects on people who claimed to be vampires. She sent out a questionnaire, and out of 574
respondents, 27 percent admitted to a belief in vampires" (Ramsland 65). Certain individuals would
file their teeth into a razor–sharp weapon, sleep in coffins, avoid the sun, and dress entirely in black.
Some people would even form small groups to exchange blood in secret. Sadly enough, people
would go too far to become their fictitious character. Known as "Lust Murders," people would kill
in order to get a sexual pleasure as a vampire would. In 1827, a moody 24 year old vine dresser
named Leger killed a 12 year old girl in the woods. He admitted that he drank her blood, mutilated
her genitals, tore out and ate a part of her heart, and then buried her remains. When he was
questioned about his horrific event, he talked with no emotion or remorse. Two other "Lust
Murders" comprise of a man cutting his arm for his wife to suck on before sex because it would
arouse his wife so strongly. The second is "a man dissected his victims and got so caught up in the
gore that he trembled with the desire to wallow in it and consume it" (Ramsland 105). Many crimes

American Myths and Mysteries Essay
Throughout the many decades that America has been in existence there have been many interesting
mysteries that have not been solved and myths passed down from generation to generation. No one
knows what caused these myths to come about or why these mysteries were never solved, but they
are a very interesting part of American history. From mysteries involving serial killers to myths
about mysterious creatures, there is a wide range of the unknown that many people, except for
witnesses, have never heard about. Now let's take a look into some of the most fantastic myths and
mysteries in America. The mystery of the Zodiac Killer was never solved; it was one of the greatest
serial killer mysteries of all time. He was called the Zodiac killer ... Show more content on

The legend of the Bermuda Triangle probably started some time around 1945, when a squadron of
five Navy Avenger airplanes disappeared on a training flight out of Fort Lauderdale, Florida. There
are many theories to why these planes and boats have gone missing, but the true mystery might
never be solved. Theories include enormous rogue waves, methane gas explosions, human
disorientation and human error, crazy weather patterns causes intense storms, magnetic fields that
causes compasses to be thrown off, the original UFO and Aliens, fog, and pirates. The best–known
document in America, the Declaration of Independence, contains a very large myth that has finally
been proven wrong. John Hancock, president of that Continental Congress, signed his name largely
and boldly at the center of the place in the document for signatures to demonstrate his defiance of
the British Crown and to encourage others to sign the document as well. After people spent years
with new technology and research examining other documents, they were able to conclude that the
myth was wrong. It ended up that his signature was very large in the first place, that is just how he
signed his name.
John Wilkes Booth will forever go down in history as the man who killed our most beloved

Chupacabra Research Paper
The legend of the chupacabra, although incredibly popular even today, has its roots not long ago.
According to Benjamin Radford (2011), rumors about a beast that would suck the blood out of
livestock started spreading in 1995 in Puerto Rico. It was reported that 8 sheep were discovered
dead, each having a peculiar three teeth marks in their neck. The blood was mercilessly drawn from
their bodies through very small incisions in their necks, but no other harm was dealt to the animal.
According to local veterinarians in certain cases, the purported cause of death was puncture wounds
on the right side of the sheeps' necks that were about the size of a straw, and about three to four
inches deep.. There have been countless sightings of the chupacabra throughout South America, and
some reports even range ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Because this is just a story and not something that has actually happened. Those who vouch for the
credibility of the chupacabra do not get any attention because they are not credible. They are just
normal people who think they saw something special. If a famous photographer took a picture of a
chupacabra, however, everything would change. This uphill battle against our core beliefs is not an
easy one, but the right people and proof can completely change how a myth progresses through its
lifespan. The quality that this myth embodies the most is emotion. Humans love animals, and the
chupacabra takes the lives of countless innocent sheep and goats. If there's one thing that will get
people talking about something, it's the death of a harmless animal. The human instinct drives
people to retell the myth, and to take it to heart, so that they don't have to deal with this pointless
death themselves. Interestingly, in this case, the mass is more important than the one. The myth also
appeals to the fear of the victims, which just as equally drives the myth into the heads and hearts of

Benjamin Radford Chapter Summary
I am going to blatantly honest with you, Benjamin Radford makes discovering a possibility of a new
species seem so boring. In all honesty I sometimes feel as if he takes his sweet time to get to the
conclusion of his findings. Maybe it is because I hate scientific articles maybe it's because I hate
finding out that the goat sucker doesn't really exist. I don't know, but criticism of the book aside,
there is not much you can say about how credible a source is when you are hunting down a cryptid.
What chapter five and chapter six mostly consisted of was Radfords retelling of eyewitness
encounters with the elusive beast. My biggest problem with this book is that Radford is looking for
this creature but he's doing it in a half ass job. To me it ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
My biggest question however is if Radford and scientist conclude that the Chupacabra is nothing
more than a canine with mange. If, however that is the case. Then why haven't they compared bite
marks of the elusive creature to that of a coyote, dog, or wolf? The only recurring evidence of a
Chupacabra attack is that there are always two puncture wounds on the victims neck. Being that the
Chupacabra has "evolved" into some form of canine rather than a Gollum–esk creature, to me the
most logical thing to do would be compare the Chupacabra bite marks with that of other known
canines in the area. So I decided to conduct my own research and turned to my number one
informant Google. I simply went to the search bar and typed out the following, "wolf bite marks,
dog bite marks, coyote bite marks" and compared them all to Radfords picture of the chicken shown
on page 95. What I found is that the wolf and dog bite marks are undeniably different compared to
that of a two hole puncture wound of a chupacabra. The coyote's bite mark however had the same
distinctive holes as a Chupacabras bite supposedly does. This matches the DNA test results that
Radford discussed on page 105 and

In the reading "Monsters" By Andrew J. Hoffman in the section by Mike Davis called "Monsters

"Messiahs" in discussing The Chupacabra because the monster was considered a leader of a
particular group. The particular group would have to be in Mexico The Chupacabra was first
brought in Puerto Rico. But then travel to California in the city of San Fernando. The Chupacabra

Chupacabras
Monster of Latin America The Chupacabra is the legendary hairless, dog–like creature that is
responsible for the cattle mutilations in Latin America. This "strange alien–like bipedal monster
with red eyes and a long, thin row of spikes down its back" rips its victims apart and removes the
ears, eyes, lips, and some organs (Coleman). Also, it sometimes drains the blood completely. The
creation of the Chupacabra says a great deal about humanity. The legend of the Chupacabra shows
that humans want an explanation for abnormalities, let their imaginations run too wild, and need a
scapegoat for their carelessness. Cattle ranching is a very important part of Latin American culture
because it was brought over when the area was first colonized ... Show more content on

The teacher analyzed the samples and found unknown chemicals that could kill germs. These
chemicals were not able to be produced in nature. Only something or someone (the United States
government) with good technology would be able to produce that kind of chemical. Also, at many
mutilation sights, helicopters and bags of medical supplies have been found (Coleman). These
different variations to the cause of cattle mutilations show the difference in the cultures of the
United States and Latin America. The Latin American culture is known for its myths and
superstitions, leaving everything up to the gods, while in the United States, the people are known to
blame almost everything on the government.
The legend of the Chupacabra says many things about the human race. One prominent thing it says
about humanity is the need to explain the supernatural. Humans have always fabricated explanations
to make sense of abnormal happenings. A few examples besides the legend of the Chupacabra are
Bigfoot, werewolves, the Loch Ness Monster, and vampires. People do not like not knowing
something. They need explanations. Humans would rather make up a scary monster than believe
wild animals could kill their cattle. They do not want to be scared of every living creature. A
community will unknowingly create a monster so they only fear one creature, rather than every
creature. Another thing the legend of the Chupacabra says about

The Legend of The Chupacabra
I have decided to do my thrid quarter project on "El Chupacabra". El Chupacabra is a myth or
legend centered from Puerto Rico. I have grown much interest in this folktale. The mysterious and
puzzling creature brings great interest to me. I'm eager to learn more about the Chupacabra. So with
interest I believe this topic would be the correct choice for me. It is believed that the Chupacabra
would suck the blood out of chickens and mostly goats leaving an insightful wound right at the
neck. Legend says that El Chupacabra would hypnotize its prey leaving the animal in complete
disbelief. With no squeal from the livestock, farmers would wake the next morning in confusion. In
the 1990's, goats and chickens started disappearing suddenly. Local farmers would ponder the
thought of losing their stock."El Chupacabra" is also referred as "goat sucker" in translation to
Spanish (Animal Planet). While the Chupacabra started in Puerto Rico, they have migrated moving
to Mexico,Chile, Brazil, and into the United states like Florida, Michigan, Maine, and very oddly
Oregon (Animal Planet). To have spread out to that extent, to me, is very odd. While the
Chupacabra is fairly new to us, it does date back to the 1970's. In the 1970's legend says in the city
of Moca, Puerto Rico there was a so called vampire (Sheppard Software). They were also referred to
as "livestock– Predators". Whether you believe it or not the Chupacabra reports of clean bloodless
attacks remain. How? Where? There was

The Art Of Activism In Art
Activists make their messages and movements known through art in order to express messages,
validate identities, and to make struggles known, calling themselves ARTivists to show that there is
an often undervalued intersection between the two. But before the coining of the term, activists have
been creating art to advance themselves and their communities. ARTivists within the Chicano
community have especially been creating art in order to validate and record their own experiences.
ARTivism is crucial in today's society and culture as it intersects art and politics in order to
emphasize injustices that are deeply rooted within these structures. By decolonizing and
deconstructing exploitive structures, ARTivists liberate the oppressed while creating a more socially
conscious future by allowing the oppressed to create their own voice and tell their own stories.
ARTivism dismantles the idea of "art for art's sake" by giving a meaning to art. It exposes truths that
become hidden or are erased by social structures, which oppresses the people who live out those
truths. Portraying activism through this medium allows for people to connect in a creative way as art
is able to speak volumes for those who do not have a voice to speak out against injustices against
them. During the time of Cesar Chavez and the United Farm Workers, Chicano farm workers
created a movement to fight for better wages and working conditions in the fields they worked. In
addition to protesting, they utilized

Chupacabra is Spanish for goat sucker. A Chupacabra is just a coyote with a very bad case of
mange. Make sure to wear a hat, find shade, don't eat much, take smaller sips during the day, keep
cool, make a mark, and stay near rocks. Pee in a cup to tell if you are dehydrated or not. If your pee
is light your hydrated, if not you aren't.
A kraken is 40 to 50 feet tall. A kraken is a giant squid. If your bout gets capsized find a life
preserver, send a distress signal, swim to closest floating object, get dry, create shelter, find healthy
water, find food, and conserve energy.
The New Zealand Wild Man is 9 feet tall and has white hair. If your attacked stay on marked trails,

Existence Of Monsters
My opinion on the existence of monsters is that they aren't real. I think many people create stories
about them to make life more interesting, also as an answer to all of their problems. "AHHHH! My
Lemons! It must have been that stealthy lemon eating monster again.". We know there are no such
things as lemon monsters, or monsters under our beds and in our closets. I highly doubt there are
aliens coming to abduct us. I think people believe these stories because when someone says a
monster story, they always seem to have 'evidence'. "Guys I think Jimmy is a vampire because he is
so pale, hates sun, hates mirrors and he balks at the thought of garlic." Also in the story, people
thought that there was some kind of monster called the 'chupacabra'

Modern Myths Redefined Research Paper
Myth Redefined for the Modern Age Myth has been defined and manipulated throughout its usage
in order to fit the desired criteria for explaining a multitude of phenomena. The usage of the word
myth has steadily increased in the English language, applying to an increasing number of
circumstances. Today, there exist programs such as MythBusters, where a group of hosts test classic
wives' tales and conundrums, while classifying them as myth. Quite obviously, these common
misconceptions and questions do not fit the format and definition of a myth as it has been derived
from the Greek mythos. Myth has come to be defined as a misconception, a distilled version of the
term's former significance. It must now be proposed that myth shall be redefined in order to provide
a balance between the ancient and modern meanings. Myth in the context of modern culture needs
to be redefined, shedding the connotation of connection to the divine, embracing the possibility of
fewer qualifications, and allowing current cultural situations to adopt the definition of a myth
without blemishing the significance of the term's history. ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net

Such a question has sparked much debate, comparing the ancient myths of gods and goddesses to
subordinate ideas of bigfoot and superstition. However, there do exist modern myths that still
maintain a connotation of the supernatural, along with a difficult moral lesson. Examples include El
Chupacabra, a creature that is often recognized as demonic, preying upon the livestock of immoral
farmers throughout Central America. The issue with the definition then, becomes the formal
background of a traditional story, as well as the characters within the story, as many modern myths
lack such a structured background. Many myths are not capable of fulfilling all of the characteristics
of the archaic definition, and

Mean Girls Race Analysis
One of the most powerful scenes, to me, was when Violet talks to Nobody. Many of the things that
she is going through both at school and at home are commonplace to most girls in middle school
and starting puberty. She's facing the mean girls, but also the boy who's making racist faces at her.
Presumably, this means he's doing something with his eyes, and this immediately made me think of
the jerks in middle school that I remembered also doing this. I really liked this storyline because I
feel like, especially in entertainment and media, the issue of race is literally black and white, but
there are many other minorities that underrepresented and mistreated. It was interesting watching
Violet essentially talk to herself, as represented by Nobody, about how she felt about these things
and to realize that while it may not be the best situation, at least she has her brother to rely on.
Another interesting thing about their focus on race is that, of the six person cast, only one cast
member is white and not of Asian descent, and he plays the Canute, who is trying to destroy
diversity. Since it is in many ways a children's show, at the very least kid friendly, I don't know if
this casting choice was intentional to convey a message about white male patriarchy, but it ... Show

A.In the past, African American families suffered a lot when they were slaves in the society. The
people in the family were separated because of the sale of family members as slaves. However, they
still maintained the bond with the family. The slaves, who got their freedom, started working hard to

Comparing Chupacabra And The Bloodsucking Nature Of The...
All of this talk of bloodsucking and animals gives me the chills. It reminds me of that time
when...well, that's another story that is totally irrelevant to the here and now. Thank you, Professor
Anne, for that introduction. I won't take time repeating what she said, so let's just dive right in. All
of this talk of Chupacabra and its bloodsucking nature reminds me of one particular creature that
many of you may be familiar with. If not, you will learn about in Year 3 DADA. Yes, I am talking
about the Vampire.
Now these creatures are naturally Dark, though many of them choose not to be malicious. Some
choose simply to go into isolation and live their lives away from society. However, one thing that is
certain about the Vampire is their need for blood. A vampire cannot survive without blood. Most
often, lore says that vampires get their blood by drinking it from humans. They simply come up,
give the victim a nice, solid bite on the neck, and drain the blood from their system. This, in turn,
would also turn the victim into a vampire.
However, this is not the full story. This is just what has become popular. Due to the "exciting" nature
of the story, many people prefer talking about the malicious vampires who choose to feast on
humans. There is an entirely separate group of vampires who ... Show more content on

Often they will even make arrangements with blood bank owners so that some supply will be left

survive drinking any type of blood, though they certainly prefer human blood when they can get in.
Because of this, vampires will often make deals with the local blood bank owners or with prominent
city figures to help control the population. When they drink the blood of an animal, the animal does
not become a vampire animal, despite what many people believe. The animal simply

Scorpion Descriptive Language
Title "In the beginning there were thirty–six of them, thirty–six droplets of life so tiny that Eduardo
could see them only under a microscope. He studied them anxiously in a darkened room." Can you
picture where they're doing this or what they're doing? This is a book about a 140 year old drug lord
who makes clones. That needs a lot of detail. The House of the Scorpion by Nancy Farmer uses this
a lot. It's important to paint a picture in someone's mind to introduce things. In The House of the
Scorpion, Nancy Farmer uses very detailed sentences to describe new scenes, settings, and
characters that we have to focus on. All throughout this story, Farmer uses descriptive language to
make her sentences detailed to introduce the new scenes, settings, and characters. Some examples of
this in The House of the Scorpion are "The room was dark except for a faint, yellow light filtering
through the bars of the window." (Farmer 29). In this example, she uses "faint, yellow light" instead
of just saying that there was a light on somewhere, just barely lighting up the room. This allows
readers to picture this room he has to stay in and they can see how he feels. He explains how he
never sleeps alone and how the room's walls are bare. Another example from the text is "Hundreds
of stars lay in a bright smear across a velvety, black sky. It was the Milky Way..." (Farmer 25). This
example uses "velvety, black sky". That paints a better picture in the reader's mind by describing

The Modern Genre In Bram Stoker's Dracula
A vampire is a being from folklore who subsists by feeding on the life essence of the living. In
European folklore, vampires were undead beings that often visited loved ones and caused mischief
or deaths in the neighborhoods they inhabited when they were alive. They wore shrouds and were
often described as bloated and of ruddy or dark countenance, markedly different from today's gaunt,
pale vampire which dates from the early 19th century.
In modern times, however, the vampire is generally held to be a fictitious entity, although belief in
similar vampiric creatures such as the chupacabra still persists in some cultures. Early folk belief in
vampires has sometimes been ascribed to the ignorance of the body's process of decomposition after
death and how people in pre–industrial societies tried to rationalize this, creating the figure of the
vampire to explain the mysteries of death. ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...

spawned a distinctive vampire genre, still popular in the 21st century, with books, films, and
television shows. The vampire has since become a dominant figure in the horror genre.
Apotropaic, items able to ward off revenants, are common in vampire folklore. Garlic is a common
example, a branch of wild rose and hawthorn plant are said to harm vampires, and in Europe,
sprinkling mustard seeds on the roof of a house was said to keep them away. Other apotropaic
include sacred items, for example a crucifix, rosary, or holy water. Vampires are said to be unable to
walk on consecrated ground, such as that of churches or temples, or cross running

Comparison Of The Three Cabritos And The Three Billy Goats...
"The Three Cabritos" is the retelling of "The Three Billy Goats Gruff" with a Tex–Mex background
unlike the contrary which have more of an American culture background. The author clearly states
at the end of her book, "The Three Cabritos is my own original retelling of "The Three Billy Goats
Gruff" with a Texas twist" (Kimmel 29). The background and the writing of the tale but told in
different cultures. In "The Three Cabritos" and "The Three Billy Goats Gruff", the main characters'
appearances are distinct, but the story follows the same plot line. The main characters' appearances
being distinct but the same story also has a couple dissimilarities. One of the main differences
between the two stories is that the monster in "The Three Cabritos" is a Cupacabra whereas the
monster in "The Three Billy Goats Gruff" is a goblin. By changing the monster the author
incorporates the Tex–Mex culture into the story.
Additionally, the cultural backgrounds are extremely different for example, "The Three Cabritos"
the scene is a ranch located near the Rio Grande filled with cactus. Also in the sketches, the goats
are cartoon farm animals and the cabritos are dressed in overalls while holding their instruments. In
"The Three Cabritos" the cabritos are given typical Hispanic culture names: Reynaldo, Orlando, and
Augustin. The purpose for the cabritos to cross the bridge is also a difference between the two
stories. In "The Three Cabritos" the reason they crossed was to attend a fiesta. The story goes "One
day the three cabritos heard there was going to be a fiesta just across the border in Mexico. "Lets
Go!" The three cabritos said" (Kimmel 3). They want to go the fiesta to dance and play all night. In
"The Three Billy Goats Gruff" takes place on a field of trees and flowers that surround a meadow. In
"The Three Billy Goats Gruff" exact names are not given, just Little Billy Goat Gruff, Middle Billy
Goat Gruff, and Great Big Billy Goat Gruff. The reason for crossing the bridge was, that they were
eating all the grass on their side and they needed more. The story reads, "Yes", said his big brother,
Great Big Billy Goat Gruff. "All we have to do is cross the wooden bridge, and we can eat to our
hearts' content"(Randall 3).

Essay about Cryptozoology
Cryptozoology
Cryptozoology is, literally, the study of hidden animals. It is the study of such creatures as the
Australian bunya, Bigfoot, the Chupacabra, and the Loch Ness monster. It is not a recognized
branch of the science of zoology.
Cryptozoology relies heavily upon testimonials and circumstantial evidence in the form of legends
and folklore, and the stories and alleged sightings of mysterious beasts by indigenous peoples,
explorers, and travelers. Since cryptozoologists spend most of their energy trying to establish the
existence of creatures, rather than examining actual animals, they are more akin to psi researchers
than to zoologists.
Expertise in zoology, however, is asserted to be a necessity for work in Cryptozoology, ... Show

Unicorns are known amongst the populous for being in just about every little girl's imaginary sky
castle. To understand the evidence proving unicorns, one must first know where the idea of a
unicorn came to be. Lore surrounding the unicorn could not be easily dated, simply that it was there
in an unrecorded history. The closest date hat has been speculated would be that unicorn lore started
in about 300 B.C.E. (Shepard). Stories of the unicorn told nowadays are seen as pure fantasy that
they live up in the sky, and they only come down to feed on grass. Or that they ride on rainbows.
The main thing that makes a unicorn a unicorn is that it is equestrian in form, and that it has one

The name El Chupacabra was given to the beast by the locals because of what it had done to their
livestock, sucked them dry of blood. Chupacabra, loosely translated, means "Goat Sucker" in
Spanish. It is considered to be vampiric, stand on two legs, and have piercing red eyes. A creature of
the same actions has been spotted inside of the lower portion of Texas, but not the same description.
This creature was more of a canine creature with no hair, and pale–blue skin similar to that of an
elephants, and rather large canine teeth. Although they differ in appearance, El Chupacabra could
very well be either of the two previously mentioned. There is more evidence concerning the Texas
version of the creature, because eyewitnesses decided to shoot it when they saw it coming for their
chickens. What they discovered was that the canine teeth were bigger than a wolf, yet smaller than a
domestic dog. Hair samplings, and tissue samplings were sent in to the appropriate experts. The hair
came back to be canine in origin due to the scaling patterns, and the tissue sample was inconclusive
for the effects of mange in the creature because of the sample's age (MonsterQuest). Mange is a
disease caused by mites found inside of canines that leads to excessive itching and hair loss. The
Chupacabra was found to be a canine creature that may very well be a cross between a coyote and a

There have been many times the main characters run into the antagonists in this portion of the book,

In any text there are many artistic characteristic. In a movie especially in movies, and the movie

The movie's biggest artistic element is its music. Throughout the film the producers choose music
that went along with that scene. For example Dusty, the main character, and his girlfriend go out on
romantic sightseeing adventure, and the music that goes along with it is Tere Bina. The song is an
Indian song which ties in great when they are flying around the Indian monuments. Also El

parts. When he finally made it to Hawaii, he was in no shape to fly the final leg of the race. When
the other racers found out that someone had tried to knock Dusty out of the race, they offered to
help. One of the characters named El Chupacabra said, "When the great Mexican Air Force needed
help, the T–33s came. They did not ask questions. They did not hesitate. They were there. That is
what compadres do" (Planes). They brought their spare parts to give to Dusty even though he could
beat them in the final part of the race. The other planes had decided that helping out a friend was
more important than winning a race. Parents try to teach their kids that helping others is the right

1970s, but the chupacabras first sighting report did not come until 1995 in Puerto Rico. The
chupacabra seemingly suddenly sprang into existence and no one knows for sure why or how the
chupacabra came to be. The chupacabra had a zenith of about five years, when it was wide–ly
reported in Mexico, Chile, Nicaragua, Spain, Brazil, Argen–tina, and Florida among other places
(Radford Tracking). In Hawley, Texas there was a report of a goat man and they called it "The

House Of The Scorpion Descriptive Language
"In the beginning there were thirty–six of them, thirty–six droplets of life so tiny that Eduardo could
see them only under a microscope. He studied them anxiously in a darkened room." Can you picture
where they're doing this or what they're doing? This is a book about a 140 year old drug lord who
makes clones. That needs a lot of detail. The House of the Scorpion by Nancy Farmer uses this a lot.
It's important to paint a picture in someone's mind to introduce things. In The House of the
Scorpion, Nancy Farmer uses very detailed sentences to describe new scenes, settings, and
characters that we have to focus on. All throughout this story, Farmer uses descriptive language to
make her sentences more detailed to introduce the new scenes, settings, and characters. Some
examples of this in The House of the Scorpion are "The room was dark except for a faint, yellow
light filtering through the bars of the window." (Farmer 29). In this example, she uses "faint, yellow
light" instead of just saying that there was a light on somewhere, just barely lighting up the room.
This allows readers to picture this room that he has to stay in and they can see how he feels. He
explains how he never sleeps alone and how the room's walls are bare. Another example from the
text is "Hundreds of stars lay in a bright smear across a velvety, black sky. It was the Milky Way..."
(Farmer 25). This example uses "velvety, black sky". That paints a better picture in the reader's mind
by describing what the sky looked like, instead of just saying that the sky was black. That quote
introduces a setting that is calm and relaxing. A "velvety, black sky" sounds so peaceful and
beautiful, therefore, makes it relaxing. Both of these quotes are good examples of how she uses
descriptive language in the book to introduce a new setting. To continue, another way she makes her
sentences more detailed is by comparing things. One way she does this is by comparing Matt and
the other "normal" people to a mouse and hawks. "'...You must stay hidden in the nest like a good
little mouse. There're hawks out there that eat little mice.'" (Farmer 5). What she is saying is that
Matt, compared to the mouse, needs to stay in the house, or the nest, because the other

The El Chupacabra is one of the most well–known cryptids in popular culture. The name El

The Myth Of The Chupacabra
Chupacabra is Spanish for "goat sucker". The creature's name derives from stories in Latin America
of several dead goats with puncture wounds in their necks and all the blood drained from their
bodies. Most experts believe the Chupacabra to be a coyote with mange, which is a skin disease that
can cause their hair to fall out and the skin to shrivel. In humans, mange is just mildly annoying. But
it can be fatal in canines. Chupacabras have been described as resembling a rodent or reptile, with
green–gray skin and a disgusting odor. Puerto Rican conspiracy theorists have claimed that the
government is covering up the truth of the Chupacabra in order to prevent panic. Author Benjamin
Radford believes there is a direct correlation between the Chupacabra and the creature in the film,

Researchers on the attack looked deep into the details of the attack and some debated that the attack
might have been an inside job. Immediately, people were outraged and had to question all the
government's actions. Heinsohn is correct at interpreting skeptics' reactions to be such against their
governments, because the government makes it very difficult to interpret the information as
otherwise. He suggests that for the most part these people believe that the government attempted to
breed some kind of hybrid canine that failed, resulting in its escape into the wild. Believing that the
government created the Chupacabra is not the most impractical idea of its origin though.
The most unrealistic and least common story of the Chupacabra comes from people who read
nonfiction. Heinsohn suitably establishes that readers of fictional fantasies believe that the
Chupacabras relate to or counterpart blood–sucking vampires (p.92). In his experience, many of the
experiencers with fictional writing backgrounds are the ones who habitually describe the
Chupacabra as a vampire. According to Heinson, stories state that the vampire is an evil spirit who
goes around sucking out the blood from helpless individuals. This comparison comes from the idea
that goats and other domestic animals are supposedly found without blood, similar to how vampires
suck blood out

Chupacabra

  • 1. Chupacabra Eng 1113, 201 20 Mar. 2012 Mock Research The Truth about Mexico's mythical Chupacabra creature Thesis: The Chupacabra has been a well talked about mysterious creature for years; some do not believe what our new recent evidence has provided. I. Sightings of the Chupacabra have been reported all over Mexico and Southern Texas. II. The Chupacabra has been hunted for centuries. III. Local scientists have recently debunked the mystery of the Chupacabra. Restated Thesis: even with all the new found evidence which shows the Chupacabra to be just a myth, some will continue not to believe what science has proven. On Mr. Mendal's website, he states that "anyone can kill a Chupacabra if they have patients." (Mendal). Whether a Chupacabra is actually an easy creature to hunt and kill is not the real concern for most people. Most are after the truth of whether or not the Chupacabra is actually a real creature. People of South America believe this creature is real by majority. The Chupacabra is a main part of their heritage and culture. Local scientists have recently debunked the mystery of the Chupacabra. Recently, it has been determined that our mythical Chupacabra creature is actually just an animal with no hair. In fact, recent years have turned up many different types of dead hairless animals that seem to be undetectable as a well know species. Researchers first thought this condition to be a terrible case of mange. Recent studies have actually uncovered many different types of animals to have this hairless condition to include: Raccoons, dogs, coyotes, and wolves. Researchers now believe this condition to be a strange genetic mutation that causes the animal to be born without hair. A recent show on televisions "Dirty Jobs" by Mike Rowe, shows an actual Chupacabra found in Texas. This animal seems to be related to a coyote. No evidence has ever been given to support an alien type creature with red glowing eyes. The Chupacabra will always be a local legend among the people of South America. • 2. Vampires Impact on Literature, Movies, Ect Does Dracula, Queen of the Damned, or Anne Rice sound familiar? Surely, they must, but not just for one person. In fact, for people all over the world! The three terms expressed all have one thing in common; vampires. These mythical creatures are one of the most popular horror–related figures. Vampires may be a frightening subject for most, but that does not take away from the fact of their popularity throughout. The fascination of vampires has greatly affected past, present, and future cultures all around the world. "The word vampire (or vampyre) entered the English language in 1732, according to The Oxford English Dictionary" (Skal 200). One can't go living life without knowing about the vampire because they're everywhere! Someone can ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... These beliefs are the closest to our modern vampire. People have always and will always be affected by the infamous vampire. "Norine Dresser, a folklorist at UCLA also wrote a book at that time called American Vampires in which she documented vampire images in the media and described the effects on people who claimed to be vampires. She sent out a questionnaire, and out of 574 respondents, 27 percent admitted to a belief in vampires" (Ramsland 65). Certain individuals would file their teeth into a razor–sharp weapon, sleep in coffins, avoid the sun, and dress entirely in black. Some people would even form small groups to exchange blood in secret. Sadly enough, people would go too far to become their fictitious character. Known as "Lust Murders," people would kill in order to get a sexual pleasure as a vampire would. In 1827, a moody 24 year old vine dresser named Leger killed a 12 year old girl in the woods. He admitted that he drank her blood, mutilated her genitals, tore out and ate a part of her heart, and then buried her remains. When he was questioned about his horrific event, he talked with no emotion or remorse. Two other "Lust Murders" comprise of a man cutting his arm for his wife to suck on before sex because it would arouse his wife so strongly. The second is "a man dissected his victims and got so caught up in the gore that he trembled with the desire to wallow in it and consume it" (Ramsland 105). Many crimes were ... American Myths and Mysteries Essay Throughout the many decades that America has been in existence there have been many interesting mysteries that have not been solved and myths passed down from generation to generation. No one knows what caused these myths to come about or why these mysteries were never solved, but they are a very interesting part of American history. From mysteries involving serial killers to myths about mysterious creatures, there is a wide range of the unknown that many people, except for witnesses, have never heard about. Now let's take a look into some of the most fantastic myths and mysteries in America. The mystery of the Zodiac Killer was never solved; it was one of the greatest serial killer mysteries of all time. He was called the Zodiac killer ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... The legend of the Bermuda Triangle probably started some time around 1945, when a squadron of five Navy Avenger airplanes disappeared on a training flight out of Fort Lauderdale, Florida. There are many theories to why these planes and boats have gone missing, but the true mystery might never be solved. Theories include enormous rogue waves, methane gas explosions, human disorientation and human error, crazy weather patterns causes intense storms, magnetic fields that causes compasses to be thrown off, the original UFO and Aliens, fog, and pirates. The best–known document in America, the Declaration of Independence, contains a very large myth that has finally been proven wrong. John Hancock, president of that Continental Congress, signed his name largely and boldly at the center of the place in the document for signatures to demonstrate his defiance of the British Crown and to encourage others to sign the document as well. After people spent years with new technology and research examining other documents, they were able to conclude that the myth was wrong. It ended up that his signature was very large in the first place, that is just how he signed his name. John Wilkes Booth will forever go down in history as the man who killed our most beloved president, President Abraham Lincoln. The story that he was hiding in a barn and was shot may not be entirely true. Booth might never have died that night, and it could have been a way for America to ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...
  • 4. Chupacabra Research Paper The legend of the chupacabra, although incredibly popular even today, has its roots not long ago. According to Benjamin Radford (2011), rumors about a beast that would suck the blood out of livestock started spreading in 1995 in Puerto Rico. It was reported that 8 sheep were discovered dead, each having a peculiar three teeth marks in their neck. The blood was mercilessly drawn from their bodies through very small incisions in their necks, but no other harm was dealt to the animal. According to local veterinarians in certain cases, the purported cause of death was puncture wounds on the right side of the sheeps' necks that were about the size of a straw, and about three to four inches deep.. There have been countless sightings of the chupacabra throughout South America, and some reports even range ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... Because this is just a story and not something that has actually happened. Those who vouch for the credibility of the chupacabra do not get any attention because they are not credible. They are just normal people who think they saw something special. If a famous photographer took a picture of a chupacabra, however, everything would change. This uphill battle against our core beliefs is not an easy one, but the right people and proof can completely change how a myth progresses through its lifespan. The quality that this myth embodies the most is emotion. Humans love animals, and the chupacabra takes the lives of countless innocent sheep and goats. If there's one thing that will get people talking about something, it's the death of a harmless animal. The human instinct drives people to retell the myth, and to take it to heart, so that they don't have to deal with this pointless death themselves. Interestingly, in this case, the mass is more important than the one. The myth also appeals to the fear of the victims, which just as equally drives the myth into the heads and hearts of all ... • 6. Benjamin Radford Chapter Summary I am going to blatantly honest with you, Benjamin Radford makes discovering a possibility of a new species seem so boring. In all honesty I sometimes feel as if he takes his sweet time to get to the conclusion of his findings. Maybe it is because I hate scientific articles maybe it's because I hate finding out that the goat sucker doesn't really exist. I don't know, but criticism of the book aside, there is not much you can say about how credible a source is when you are hunting down a cryptid. What chapter five and chapter six mostly consisted of was Radfords retelling of eyewitness encounters with the elusive beast. My biggest problem with this book is that Radford is looking for this creature but he's doing it in a half ass job. To me it ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... My biggest question however is if Radford and scientist conclude that the Chupacabra is nothing more than a canine with mange. If, however that is the case. Then why haven't they compared bite marks of the elusive creature to that of a coyote, dog, or wolf? The only recurring evidence of a Chupacabra attack is that there are always two puncture wounds on the victims neck. Being that the Chupacabra has "evolved" into some form of canine rather than a Gollum–esk creature, to me the most logical thing to do would be compare the Chupacabra bite marks with that of other known canines in the area. So I decided to conduct my own research and turned to my number one informant Google. I simply went to the search bar and typed out the following, "wolf bite marks, dog bite marks, coyote bite marks" and compared them all to Radfords picture of the chicken shown on page 95. What I found is that the wolf and dog bite marks are undeniably different compared to that of a two hole puncture wound of a chupacabra. The coyote's bite mark however had the same distinctive holes as a Chupacabras bite supposedly does. This matches the DNA test results that Radford discussed on page 105 and ... • 8. Chupacabras Monster of Latin America The Chupacabra is the legendary hairless, dog–like creature that is responsible for the cattle mutilations in Latin America. This "strange alien–like bipedal monster with red eyes and a long, thin row of spikes down its back" rips its victims apart and removes the ears, eyes, lips, and some organs (Coleman). Also, it sometimes drains the blood completely. The creation of the Chupacabra says a great deal about humanity. The legend of the Chupacabra shows that humans want an explanation for abnormalities, let their imaginations run too wild, and need a scapegoat for their carelessness. Cattle ranching is a very important part of Latin American culture because it was brought over when the area was first colonized ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... The teacher analyzed the samples and found unknown chemicals that could kill germs. These chemicals were not able to be produced in nature. Only something or someone (the United States government) with good technology would be able to produce that kind of chemical. Also, at many mutilation sights, helicopters and bags of medical supplies have been found (Coleman). These different variations to the cause of cattle mutilations show the difference in the cultures of the United States and Latin America. The Latin American culture is known for its myths and superstitions, leaving everything up to the gods, while in the United States, the people are known to blame almost everything on the government. The legend of the Chupacabra says many things about the human race. One prominent thing it says about humanity is the need to explain the supernatural. Humans have always fabricated explanations to make sense of abnormal happenings. A few examples besides the legend of the Chupacabra are Bigfoot, werewolves, the Loch Ness Monster, and vampires. People do not like not knowing something. They need explanations. Humans would rather make up a scary monster than believe wild animals could kill their cattle. They do not want to be scared of every living creature. A community will unknowingly create a monster so they only fear one creature, rather than every creature. • 9. The Legend of The Chupacabra I have decided to do my thrid quarter project on "El Chupacabra". El Chupacabra is a myth or legend centered from Puerto Rico. I have grown much interest in this folktale. The mysterious and puzzling creature brings great interest to me. I'm eager to learn more about the Chupacabra. So with interest I believe this topic would be the correct choice for me. It is believed that the Chupacabra would suck the blood out of chickens and mostly goats leaving an insightful wound right at the neck. Legend says that El Chupacabra would hypnotize its prey leaving the animal in complete disbelief. With no squeal from the livestock, farmers would wake the next morning in confusion. In the 1990's, goats and chickens started disappearing suddenly. Local farmers would ponder the thought of losing their stock."El Chupacabra" is also referred as "goat sucker" in translation to Spanish (Animal Planet). While the Chupacabra started in Puerto Rico, they have migrated moving to Mexico,Chile, Brazil, and into the United states like Florida, Michigan, Maine, and very oddly Oregon (Animal Planet). To have spread out to that extent, to me, is very odd. While the Chupacabra is fairly new to us, it does date back to the 1970's. In the 1970's legend says in the city of Moca, Puerto Rico there was a so called vampire (Sheppard Software). They were also referred to as "livestock– Predators". Whether you believe it or not the Chupacabra reports of clean bloodless attacks remain. How? Where? There was ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...
  • 10. The Art Of Activism In Art Activists make their messages and movements known through art in order to express messages, validate identities, and to make struggles known, calling themselves ARTivists to show that there is an often undervalued intersection between the two. But before the coining of the term, activists have been creating art to advance themselves and their communities. ARTivists within the Chicano community have especially been creating art in order to validate and record their own experiences. ARTivism is crucial in today's society and culture as it intersects art and politics in order to emphasize injustices that are deeply rooted within these structures. By decolonizing and deconstructing exploitive structures, ARTivists liberate the oppressed while creating a more socially conscious future by allowing the oppressed to create their own voice and tell their own stories. ARTivism dismantles the idea of "art for art's sake" by giving a meaning to art. It exposes truths that become hidden or are erased by social structures, which oppresses the people who live out those truths. Portraying activism through this medium allows for people to connect in a creative way as art is able to speak volumes for those who do not have a voice to speak out against injustices against them. During the time of Cesar Chavez and the United Farm Workers, Chicano farm workers created a movement to fight for better wages and working conditions in the fields they worked. In addition to protesting, they utilized ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

  • 15. Modern Myths Redefined Research Paper Myth Redefined for the Modern Age Myth has been defined and manipulated throughout its usage in order to fit the desired criteria for explaining a multitude of phenomena. The usage of the word myth has steadily increased in the English language, applying to an increasing number of circumstances. Today, there exist programs such as MythBusters, where a group of hosts test classic wives' tales and conundrums, while classifying them as myth. Quite obviously, these common misconceptions and questions do not fit the format and definition of a myth as it has been derived from the Greek mythos. Myth has come to be defined as a misconception, a distilled version of the term's former significance. It must now be proposed that myth shall be redefined in order to provide a balance between the ancient and modern meanings. Myth in the context of modern culture needs to be redefined, shedding the connotation of connection to the divine, embracing the possibility of fewer qualifications, and allowing current cultural situations to adopt the definition of a myth without blemishing the significance of the term's history. ... However, there do exist modern myths that still maintain a connotation of the supernatural, along with a difficult moral lesson. Examples include El Chupacabra, a creature that is often recognized as demonic, preying upon the livestock of immoral farmers throughout Central America. The issue with the definition then, becomes the formal background of a traditional story, as well as the characters within the story, as many modern myths lack such a structured background. • 16. Mean Girls Race Analysis One of the most powerful scenes, to me, was when Violet talks to Nobody. Many of the things that she is going through both at school and at home are commonplace to most girls in middle school and starting puberty. She's facing the mean girls, but also the boy who's making racist faces at her. Presumably, this means he's doing something with his eyes, and this immediately made me think of the jerks in middle school that I remembered also doing this. I really liked this storyline because I feel like, especially in entertainment and media, the issue of race is literally black and white, but there are many other minorities that underrepresented and mistreated. It was interesting watching Violet essentially talk to herself, as represented by Nobody, about how she felt about these things and to realize that while it may not be the best situation, at least she has her brother to rely on. Another interesting thing about their focus on race is that, of the six person cast, only one cast member is white and not of Asian descent, and he plays the Canute, who is trying to destroy diversity. Since it is in many ways a children's show, at the very least kid friendly, I don't know if this casting choice was intentional to convey a message about white male patriarchy, but it ... I won't take time repeating what she said, so let's just dive right in. All of this talk of Chupacabra and its bloodsucking nature reminds me of one particular creature that many of you may be familiar with. If not, you will learn about in Year 3 DADA. Yes, I am talking about the Vampire. Now these creatures are naturally Dark, though many of them choose not to be malicious. Some choose simply to go into isolation and live their lives away from society. However, one thing that is certain about the Vampire is their need for blood. A vampire cannot survive without blood. Most often, lore says that vampires get their blood by drinking it from humans. They simply come up, give the victim a nice, solid bite on the neck, and drain the blood from their system. This, in turn, would also turn the victim into a vampire. However, this is not the full story. This is just what has become popular. • 20. The Modern Genre In Bram Stoker's Dracula A vampire is a being from folklore who subsists by feeding on the life essence of the living. In European folklore, vampires were undead beings that often visited loved ones and caused mischief or deaths in the neighborhoods they inhabited when they were alive. They wore shrouds and were often described as bloated and of ruddy or dark countenance, markedly different from today's gaunt, pale vampire which dates from the early 19th century. In modern times, however, the vampire is generally held to be a fictitious entity, although belief in similar vampiric creatures such as the chupacabra still persists in some cultures. Early folk belief in vampires has sometimes been ascribed to the ignorance of the body's process of decomposition after death and how people in pre–industrial societies tried to rationalize this, creating the figure of the vampire to explain the mysteries of death. ... A creature of the same actions has been spotted inside of the lower portion of Texas, but not the same description. There are many different de–scriptions of the chupacabra from the several sightings of them, but none of them have been confirmed, the one that is most common and considered to be the original of these de–scriptions is that it is a bipedal creature with long legs and arms, stands about three to five feet tall, has a large oval shaped head, alien wrap–around eye, and a distinctive row of spikes going down the creatures spine. • 33. House Of The Scorpion Descriptive Language "In the beginning there were thirty–six of them, thirty–six droplets of life so tiny that Eduardo could see them only under a microscope. He studied them anxiously in a darkened room." Can you picture where they're doing this or what they're doing? This is a book about a 140 year old drug lord who makes clones. That needs a lot of detail. The House of the Scorpion by Nancy Farmer uses this a lot. It's important to paint a picture in someone's mind to introduce things. In The House of the Scorpion, Nancy Farmer uses very detailed sentences to describe new scenes, settings, and characters that we have to focus on. All throughout this story, Farmer uses descriptive language to make her sentences more detailed to introduce the new scenes, settings, and characters. Some examples of this in The House of the Scorpion are "The room was dark except for a faint, yellow light filtering through the bars of the window." (Farmer 29). In this example, she uses "faint, yellow light" instead of just saying that there was a light on somewhere, just barely lighting up the room. This allows readers to picture this room that he has to stay in and they can see how he feels. He explains how he never sleeps alone and how the room's walls are bare. Another example from the text is "Hundreds of stars lay in a bright smear across a velvety, black sky. It was the Milky Way..." (Farmer 25). This example uses "velvety, black sky". That paints a better picture in the reader's mind by describing what the sky looked like, instead of just saying that the sky was black. That quote introduces a setting that is calm and relaxing. A "velvety, black sky" sounds so peaceful and beautiful, therefore, makes it relaxing. Both of these quotes are good examples of how she uses descriptive language in the book to introduce a new setting. To continue, another way she makes her sentences more detailed is by comparing things. One way she does this is by comparing Matt and the other "normal" people to a mouse and hawks. "'...You must stay hidden in the nest like a good little mouse. There're hawks out there that eat little mice.'" (Farmer 5). What she is saying is that Matt, compared to the mouse, needs to stay in the house, or the nest, because the other ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

  • 36. Chupacabra Research Paper The El Chupacabra is one of the most well–known cryptids in popular culture. The name El Chupacabra, means "goat sucker" because witnesses say they find blood drained from goats or other livestock. The chupacabra is said to have two appearances one being reptilian, with a row of spines on its back with sharp fangs in its mouth. The chupacabra is bipedal when standing and hops like a kangaroo, it can also be around three to four feet tall. Another image of the chupacabra is it lacks hair and similarly looks like a dog, but it also has a row of spines on its back like the reptilian image of the chupacabra. This dog like chupacabra image also has large fangs and claws, that would be used for draining the blood of livestock. Both images of the chupacabra seen by witnesses have said to see a "mark" on so called victims that is usually one to three holes. The chupacabra has been supposedly spotted in the United States, Latin America, and even Russia, but was first spotted in the mid 1900's in Puerto Rico. • 37. The Myth Of The Chupacabra Chupacabra is Spanish for "goat sucker". The creature's name derives from stories in Latin America of several dead goats with puncture wounds in their necks and all the blood drained from their bodies. Most experts believe the Chupacabra to be a coyote with mange, which is a skin disease that can cause their hair to fall out and the skin to shrivel. In humans, mange is just mildly annoying. But it can be fatal in canines. Chupacabras have been described as resembling a rodent or reptile, with green–gray skin and a disgusting odor. Puerto Rican conspiracy theorists have claimed that the government is covering up the truth of the Chupacabra in order to prevent panic. Author Benjamin Radford believes there is a direct correlation between the Chupacabra and the creature in the film, (Species.) An article in a Puerto Rican newspaper provided a sketch and a description of an alien– like animal in an eyewitness report from Madelyne Tolentino. Madelyne later admitted to Radford that she had in fact seen the film, (Species) weeks prior to her sighting. ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... • 39. El Chupacabra: Legend or Beast Latin American storytelling of the mythological Chupacabra, whose alleged sightings relate to those of aliens and vampires, regulate children's behavior by implanting a fear of the unknown. Since 1995, stories about a strange, blood–sucking, goat–eating dog–like monster appear in many scholarly articles, journals, and books causing mass hysteria. With several misconceptions, witnesses believe the Chupacabra preyed on and mutilated goats and other farm animals. Articles, journals, books, and people's stories have often compared and described the Chupacabra as a vampire from outer space. Without proper research and knowledge, people draw conclusions of such creatures, but in time came to find such misconceptions to be false and integrate the ... Researchers on the attack looked deep into the details of the attack and some debated that the attack might have been an inside job. Immediately, people were outraged and had to question all the government's actions. Heinsohn is correct at interpreting skeptics' reactions to be such against their governments, because the government makes it very difficult to interpret the information as otherwise. He suggests that for the most part these people believe that the government attempted to breed some kind of hybrid canine that failed, resulting in its escape into the wild. Believing that the government created the Chupacabra is not the most impractical idea of its origin though. The most unrealistic and least common story of the Chupacabra comes from people who read nonfiction. Heinsohn suitably establishes that readers of fictional fantasies believe that the Chupacabras relate to or counterpart blood–sucking vampires (p.92). In his experience, many of the experiencers with fictional writing backgrounds are the ones who habitually describe the Chupacabra as a vampire. According to Heinson, stories state that the vampire is an evil spirit who goes around sucking out the blood from helpless individuals. This comparison comes from the idea that goats and other domestic animals are supposedly found without blood, similar to how vampires suck blood out ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...
