1. The ancient quest from Zeus
Neonal, a brave hero, was told from Zeus to get his golden amulet. The amulet was
Zeus’ weapon to control bad people and turn them good. Zeus was the king of an
island. They were sent on a quest to get the Minal, the golden amulet. So, they
sailed away. Bravery was beating in the warrior’s heart. Neonal spotted an island
and they headed for that island.
They finally arrived and went searching for the Minal.
Suddenly, they caught their eyes on the vulgar-looking, odour-smelling and
horrifying monster. Faster than the blink of an eye, the monster confronted them.
Murky slime was shooting up from the monsters body and slime was dripping from
the monster’s flesh. The monster, Melynaurous, growled. Things weren’t looking
good.
Although Neonal was brave, he could feel his eyes getting wider; he was feeling as
though his skin was wearing off and his fiery hair beginning to plummet. It was not
welcoming at all. Immediately, he ordered the other men to run to the cave
nearby. All of the men paced as fast as their bodies would carry them to the cave.
They were not alone. The Melynaurous followed them. He ate a few men; squished
some men; poured the squished blood into a bucket and drank and ate with
startling joy. Neonal quickly pulled the ancient weapon out of his pocket. He was
enraged. The Melynaurous had a pungent smell and no one could tolerate the
odour.
Angrily, they forced the inhabitant Melynaurous to sniff the steam of the ancient
weapon. He was unconscious. He immediately rotted away. They glanced at the
glittering and lustrous amulet. It was on the brink of a cliff. They had to hurry. It was
there.
The wind was getting fiercer than ever. The amulet could fall. They roamed to the
hill. They dived to get it. They were successful! They headed back for the boat. The
Melynaurous was finished for good! They sailed back for Zeus. Zeus was so happy
that he cried with joy! The evil fell and the good rose, but any thing can change.
