• 270 g flour
• Cooking Oil 50 ml
• ½ tsp salt
• Butter 120 g
• 50 g white bread
• 80 g dark raisins
• Walnut 100 g
• Apples 8 pcs.
• Lemons ½ pc.
• Sugar 150g
• Cinnamon powder 1 tsp
• Powdered sugar - 40g
6. RECIPE
• Put in a bowl the flour,
salt, oil, 125 ml of water.
Stir the dough for 10
minutes. Put in the
fridge for 40 minutes.
• Make bread crumbs
and stir with melted
butter.
7. • Peel and slice apples. Add the lemon juice. Stir
apples with sugar, raisins, cinnamon and nuts.
• Roll the dough very thinly.
• Spread dough with melted
butter and put the stuffing.
Close roll.
8. • Grease with melted
butter.
• Bake 40-45 minutes
at 180⁰
• Grease 3-4 times
during baking and
after that.
• Sprinkle with
powdered sugar.
9. • Apple strudel is traditionally served in slices,
sprinkled with powdered sugar.
