1. THE STORY OF KING
ARTHUR

2. HOW IT ALL BEGINS
King Arthur was one of the most famous Brittish leaders.
According to history sources he ruled Britain in the late 5th
and early 6th century. His leading days began when he took
the sword out of the stone.

3. THE EXCALIBUR
According to myths excalibur was a magic sword that no
one could take out of the stone. Quoting the current
Brittish king:“ the one who takes the sword out of the
stone shall be the next king“. All strong men tried to take it
out, but no one could do it. One day a fifteen year old boy
wanted to try to take out the sword and everybody laught
at him, but he took it out. That boy was Arthur.

4. THE KNIGHTS OF THE
ROUND TABLE
There was thirteen knights that were loyal to Arthur. They
were called the knights of the round table. The table was
round because Arthur treated the knights equally so he
didn’t want anyone to sit at the head of the table. They
were called Hector, Brunor, Tristan, Gawain, Bors, Galahad,
Kay, Bedivere, Degore, Percival and Lancelot.

5. MERLIN
Merlin was a mythological figure that was helping Arthur
on his trips. According to stories he was a wizard and he
was the one who placed the excalibur in the stone. He was
a reason why Arthur became king. In legends and Myths he
is described as an old man with long beard and long hair.

6. KING ARTHUR’S CASTLE
King arthur was living in a big castle called Camelot.
Camelot was also a court where many famous people
worked. It had over 100 different rooms and many tall
towers. The round table was located in the biggest tower,
in the middle of the castle.

7. THE MOST IMPORTANT BATTLES
Battle of Badon
Battle of Badon was a battle he
fought against Anglo-Saxons in Post-
Roman Britain in the late 5th or
early 6th century.
Battle of Camlann
Battle of Canlann was a battle in
witch he died fighting Battle of
Camlann against Mordren.
Battle of Tryfrwyd
The battle of Badon was a battle
Arthur fought against Dux
Bellorum.
