2. TYPICAL PACKAGING
The Digipack will be designed into a
book shaped form, making it easy and
accessible. The front cover containing
the main image of the artist/ people/
abstract design. The inside containing
a poster/card, something extra for the
listeners. On the inside will also
contain the disc and on the back of
the cover will be a track list of the CD,
making it clear to the buyers what
songs are on the cd.(I’ve added some examples
on the slide)
3. FRONT OF THE DIGIPACK
The front cover an album is the
most important aspect of an album
(besides the music) as it’s what
captures the audiences eye when
buying it.
The front cover usually has a bold
image and title representing the
artist. However some artists subvert
from the conforming typical image
of the artist an use pieces of art, of
images that they feel represent the
music on in the album.
4. INSIDE THE DIGIPACK
The inside of the did pack
will contain a booklet/
extra info about the
album enclosing
information on the band/
picture of the band/
lyrics/message to the
fans/messages behind
the music. Each artist/
band varies on what they
want to put out there to
their fans. Inside also is
the actual CD held in by a
plastic grip in the centre.
5. BACK OF THE DIGIPACK
The back of the
album usually
contains the
track list to the
cd.

Barcode.

information.
