2. Why have I chosen to do this…
I have chosen my project to be about something I love, something I
aspire to always do, something that has changed my life completely.
The thing that has changed my life completely is skateboarding. It is
crazy to think that a piece of wood can have such a big impact on an
individual's life. Skateboarding allowed me to become more
independent and made me understand to never give up. It made me
meet so many new people whom some of them I will never ever meet
again and some that have a special place in my heart and turned out
to be family. It made my whole life do a 360 degree turn and made me
feel so much more confident within everything, even within jobs. I
chose to express my life through short clips/videos and shots in this
music video of what my life looks like.

4. Where has my
music video taken
place/been set?
As my music video is called living in the
moment, I have chosen to film my music video
in the places i usually go to. This meaning :
my local skatepark, central london, different
skateparks, different countries as i love
travelling, arcades, beaches, car parks,
parks/woods and many more settings.
I believe that it is good to keep your life
mysterious and your life on a low, however,
some moments and chapters in life are nice to
be shared as a story as you only live once and
it is great to catch some memories on video in
which can be expressed through for example,
a music video which i am doing.
I decided to make a little life vlog off the bits
and events that occur in my life for the past
few months and the months that are still yet to
come…
In addition, even though i know social media and everything
you usually see online and on video turns out to be fake, i
really hope that by watching this short 3 minute video it won’t
make you feel like you just wasted 3 minutes of your life but
however, on the other hand, made you be able to sit relaxed
and allow you to perceive it in a pov as if it is you in that
setting, at that time, experiencing and living in that moment;
not realising that you are sitting in front of a screen but
feeling those emotions and feeling that soft summer breeze.
Lastly, this music video is about showing good vibes and
what off a family we have became no matter the rough times
we all always stuck together and never gave up.
5. What did I get inspired by?
I got inspired by the movie Street dreams and Mid90s. What makes
my music video have a good relationship with those films is that in
those films especially in mid 90s , there are people of different age
groups no matter whether you are 5 years old or 36 you will always
have eachothers back and always be so called ‘homies’. For
example, in Mid90s it is presented clearly to the audience that not
everyone has it easy in their family or even better said household,
but nobody will ever know. This leads to the fact that everyone has
a different background story they might never feel comfortable in
just sharing yet, but something that they do share with you is the
same passion, same hobby and the same dream. Secondly, Street
dreams (same as Mid90s) also shows the bad side of skateboarding
and being judged by your ‘friends’, random strangers or even other
skaters but that is just part of the journey that will always appear.
Jealousy especially when you are progressing fast and people can
get toxic that you may be the first one of the group to get sponsored
and get scared that you will leave (leave them once you are big and
famous). Surprisingly thorough, the best feeling you can get is the
support and motivation from the surroundings around you, no
matter who is next to you even a random skater, they will always
have your back and congratulate you on landing something even if
it wasn’t big.

7. Thank you for listening
The song I chose to maybe/probably use is Brazil by Declan
McKenna or she by Tyler the creator and some other ideas.
