Cross-Cultural Awareness
Programs with (PHP) People Helping People training has to do
with people helping other people and what they share as a group
of organizations that come to the assistance to share and divide
reasonable opportunities to see others through. These training
topics have to do with a mission, vision, and value statement.
Relocation opportunities are offered to individuals who wish to
travel and vent in other areas for long-term or short-term
purposes. PHP gives opportunities to interact with different
cultures in group sessions to work with the team and different
colleagues, and partnership with other cultures. Different
assignments on an international level is an aspect offered
through PHP. There is a high level of tolerance for coaching
and teaching individuals to overcome obstacles and life's
challenges. E-learning through webinars and country-specific
training and valuation tools of learning how to move one's
attitude and character in positive ways.
Training mediums to what goals we plan to achieve and where
do we start helping others develop needed training, knowledge,
and the right attitude that will prepare them personally,
professionally, and interpersonally adjust to what goes on in the
world. How people feel and how satisfied they are with their
present situations mean a lot to them and who take time out to
hear what they have to say. On a professional level, how are
people effective by tasks they perform, duties they act upon,
and what responsibilities on their job they take on. When it
comes to the interpersonal adjustments and effectiveness to
what interest people and how they interact with each other in
public and local bounds. There are cultural, language, and
practical differences within going into the right type of training
that will help people understand one another in words and
deeds, hear and comprehend one’s formal language, and how to
establish ones’ routines to become successful, and support each
other on a great scale to who have all the right stuff to network
from one plant to the other.
The length of training goes by different levels to how many
hours it takes for each level to complete its course. There are 6
levels that involves monthly basis, which includes high levels
between 60 - 80 hours total. This includes level F - core method
approach and methodologies which opens with training
contents. Level E – immediate levels between 20 – 60 hours that
includes lectures, films, and book cultured assimilators to
prepare people with cultural differences. Level D – immediate 2
between 20 – 60 hours of role play training and simulations to
prepare individuals on job demand building blocks. Level C –
bottom to moderate levels between 20 -60 hours of lectures, and
facts buildups. Level B – bottom to immediate levels between
20 – 60 hours of theatrical plays, mixed cases, and cultured
assimilators that plays a role in economic methods, historical,
and religious measures. Level A – bottom to moderate levels
between 4 - 8 hours of computer training and building blocks
for helping individuals become men and women.
Training is available for people in need of mental advice from
well-trained staff members who are certified in different fields
of interest. There on prominences are qualified psychologists,
advocates, doctors and nurses, adolescence and adult trainees,
and businessmen and women who are willing to go the limits to
see things through. When people are willing to listen and learn
they are qualified to partake on a new world to giving
themselves a chance to gain benefits of programs that are
opened to the public. There are so many people who are
homeless and need shelter, food, and knowledge. People do care
for others and are born to lead and direct others to be successful
and grow. People need to be motivated and given some attention
too and this world can be a better place if people with power
learn to do what is best for helping less fortunate ones. Some
people who take longer to adjust to change might need added
attention with patience to get them through different levels in
time. Time management is a thing we all must master, and I am
still trying to be better at it.
Decision-making is another tool which comes naturally to those
who know and understand what to do. This goes with issues
related to different means by which people go through motions
to positive or negative actions. When dealing with inner-
personal grounds to different cultures within different countries
comes with developing the real people from the fake ones.
People come with many layers and in my opinion, to know the
true self, they must first know who they are in order to know
and understand others. Level one goes with environmental
means to climate changing, housing subjects, and schools that
train all individuals. Level two goes with cultural orientations
to grants and proposals for building support. Level three goes
with assimilator that comes with working with different
cultures. Level four goes with training individuals how to use
proper language that is fully understood with effectiveness.
Level five goes with sensible training for developmental
attitudes that follow. Level six goes with outdoor training in the
field to help individuals work well with society means.
When a business uses low forms of training helps them measure
short-time periods, better communications, outreach programs,
and help one's operation run well. When a business uses high
forms of training helps them measure long-time periods that last
every year, advanced learnings, extended language trainings,
and inclusions of interaction from country-to-country on a
global base. Objectives on lower levels to help individuals in
need benefit on a global scale to open their doors to all types of
nationalities through organization cultured, social, and national
sources. Immediate level objectives help individuals who are a
little more experienced in different fields and might need some
assistance to further knowledge they already gained from other
cultures and reduced ethnocentrisms. These role-playing
methods, case-studies, survival and language training can help
prepare people for the world. Higher forms of training prepare
people for being able to handle their own business background
material needed to succeed. To be effective within a company,
business training should apply to systems that gears to analyze
what training is a need for what population, establish goals
needed within these training, and impudent with proper training.
The overall program will help build individuals and prepare
them for leadership skills, personal and professional tool
learning, help them understand who they are, motivate them to
be successful, be able to handle pressure and responsibilities,
understand and communicate with other cultures, and be more
flexible to how to manage their time. When businesses
incorporate cultured training have bigger chances of reaching
people of all nations on personal, professional, and
interpersonal levels. Everybody has a voice to be heard and
having a program opened to the public that tends to everyone’s
different needs and levels make for a more successful business
from word of mouth. When a family is included within
orientations can make for a better place of meeting and more
can be open-minded to all involved. If a business has teams of
international management who makes themselves available for
travel look good for business. managers from different levels,
developmental assignments that range from a month to month,
different job rotations, and regional and out of country meetings
on a global scale.
When it comes to training different cultures of host countries
comes with patience that builds to effectiveness to teach them
how to fit in with the norm, teach them to hear and be heard and
interact with correcting themselves to be able to speak better,
and with practical methods, there are day-to-day life in
establishing a daily routine to adapt well in public and develop
a better working network base of friends. Our training is an
oncoming orientation from town to town and country to country
and with good mentoring everyone can come out a winner.
When business associates with developmental management help
people learn on a global scale for career molding and gain a lot
of experience from different tools used to prepare for
management. When business associates with developmental
organizational means help people greater their skills,
knowledge, and abilities, change one's mindset, and relate with
other businesses and agents through better communication and
socialization. Business trips are a necessity because it helps you
relate with other people and learn what they know and grow
what them as well. It is good when we learn from other
countries and it sometimes takes us leaving out of our own
confront zone to travel to an unknown place to find out we do
not know it all. I enjoy viewing other peoples work or that
countries way of living.
In conclusion, it takes a flight to know different things about
others and it helps us understand and broaden our horizons to
new life on the other side. I took up Spanish four years in
middle school and spoke the fluid language because I had many
Spanish speaking friends. As time passed by me spoke less
Spanish until I became rusty at speaking that language.
Nowadays I find myself wishing I stayed in practice because I
only understand some of that language. "If you don't use it you
lose it", was an old saying when I was coming up in the world
by my parents. I find this very true now that I am older. To
speak to people who do not speak English one need to adopt a
multicultural organization who is open to training or
interpreting language other than English speaking people. When
we relocate to other countries we should keep in mind where we
are going, how will we get there, our passports and job permits
needed, what is the travel distance, what is their money values,
and how far is the office going to be and what part of the city
we wish to live.

Cross-Cultural Awareness Training ProgramJane .docx

  • 1. Cross-Cultural Awareness Training Program Jane Doe ORG 8511 Advanced Topics in Performance Management Dr. Cat March 17, 2019 Cross-Cultural Awareness Programs with (PHP) People Helping People training has to do with people helping other people and what they share as a group of organizations that come to the assistance to share and divide reasonable opportunities to see others through. These training topics have to do with a mission, vision, and value statement.
  • 2. Relocation opportunities are offered to individuals who wish to travel and vent in other areas for long-term or short-term purposes. PHP gives opportunities to interact with different cultures in group sessions to work with the team and different colleagues, and partnership with other cultures. Different assignments on an international level is an aspect offered through PHP. There is a high level of tolerance for coaching and teaching individuals to overcome obstacles and life's challenges. E-learning through webinars and country-specific training and valuation tools of learning how to move one's attitude and character in positive ways. Training mediums to what goals we plan to achieve and where do we start helping others develop needed training, knowledge, and the right attitude that will prepare them personally, professionally, and interpersonally adjust to what goes on in the world. How people feel and how satisfied they are with their present situations mean a lot to them and who take time out to hear what they have to say. On a professional level, how are people effective by tasks they perform, duties they act upon, and what responsibilities on their job they take on. When it comes to the interpersonal adjustments and effectiveness to what interest people and how they interact with each other in public and local bounds. There are cultural, language, and practical differences within going into the right type of training that will help people understand one another in words and deeds, hear and comprehend one’s formal language, and how to establish ones’ routines to become successful, and support each other on a great scale to who have all the right stuff to network from one plant to the other. The length of training goes by different levels to how many hours it takes for each level to complete its course. There are 6 levels that involves monthly basis, which includes high levels between 60 - 80 hours total. This includes level F - core method approach and methodologies which opens with training contents. Level E – immediate levels between 20 – 60 hours that includes lectures, films, and book cultured assimilators to
  • 3. prepare people with cultural differences. Level D – immediate 2 between 20 – 60 hours of role play training and simulations to prepare individuals on job demand building blocks. Level C – bottom to moderate levels between 20 -60 hours of lectures, and facts buildups. Level B – bottom to immediate levels between 20 – 60 hours of theatrical plays, mixed cases, and cultured assimilators that plays a role in economic methods, historical, and religious measures. Level A – bottom to moderate levels between 4 - 8 hours of computer training and building blocks for helping individuals become men and women. Training is available for people in need of mental advice from well-trained staff members who are certified in different fields of interest. There on prominences are qualified psychologists, advocates, doctors and nurses, adolescence and adult trainees, and businessmen and women who are willing to go the limits to see things through. When people are willing to listen and learn they are qualified to partake on a new world to giving themselves a chance to gain benefits of programs that are opened to the public. There are so many people who are homeless and need shelter, food, and knowledge. People do care for others and are born to lead and direct others to be successful and grow. People need to be motivated and given some attention too and this world can be a better place if people with power learn to do what is best for helping less fortunate ones. Some people who take longer to adjust to change might need added attention with patience to get them through different levels in time. Time management is a thing we all must master, and I am still trying to be better at it. Decision-making is another tool which comes naturally to those who know and understand what to do. This goes with issues related to different means by which people go through motions to positive or negative actions. When dealing with inner- personal grounds to different cultures within different countries comes with developing the real people from the fake ones. People come with many layers and in my opinion, to know the true self, they must first know who they are in order to know
  • 4. and understand others. Level one goes with environmental means to climate changing, housing subjects, and schools that train all individuals. Level two goes with cultural orientations to grants and proposals for building support. Level three goes with assimilator that comes with working with different cultures. Level four goes with training individuals how to use proper language that is fully understood with effectiveness. Level five goes with sensible training for developmental attitudes that follow. Level six goes with outdoor training in the field to help individuals work well with society means. When a business uses low forms of training helps them measure short-time periods, better communications, outreach programs, and help one's operation run well. When a business uses high forms of training helps them measure long-time periods that last every year, advanced learnings, extended language trainings, and inclusions of interaction from country-to-country on a global base. Objectives on lower levels to help individuals in need benefit on a global scale to open their doors to all types of nationalities through organization cultured, social, and national sources. Immediate level objectives help individuals who are a little more experienced in different fields and might need some assistance to further knowledge they already gained from other cultures and reduced ethnocentrisms. These role-playing methods, case-studies, survival and language training can help prepare people for the world. Higher forms of training prepare people for being able to handle their own business background material needed to succeed. To be effective within a company, business training should apply to systems that gears to analyze what training is a need for what population, establish goals needed within these training, and impudent with proper training. The overall program will help build individuals and prepare them for leadership skills, personal and professional tool learning, help them understand who they are, motivate them to be successful, be able to handle pressure and responsibilities, understand and communicate with other cultures, and be more flexible to how to manage their time. When businesses
  • 5. incorporate cultured training have bigger chances of reaching people of all nations on personal, professional, and interpersonal levels. Everybody has a voice to be heard and having a program opened to the public that tends to everyone’s different needs and levels make for a more successful business from word of mouth. When a family is included within orientations can make for a better place of meeting and more can be open-minded to all involved. If a business has teams of international management who makes themselves available for travel look good for business. managers from different levels, developmental assignments that range from a month to month, different job rotations, and regional and out of country meetings on a global scale. When it comes to training different cultures of host countries comes with patience that builds to effectiveness to teach them how to fit in with the norm, teach them to hear and be heard and interact with correcting themselves to be able to speak better, and with practical methods, there are day-to-day life in establishing a daily routine to adapt well in public and develop a better working network base of friends. Our training is an oncoming orientation from town to town and country to country and with good mentoring everyone can come out a winner. When business associates with developmental management help people learn on a global scale for career molding and gain a lot of experience from different tools used to prepare for management. When business associates with developmental organizational means help people greater their skills, knowledge, and abilities, change one's mindset, and relate with other businesses and agents through better communication and socialization. Business trips are a necessity because it helps you relate with other people and learn what they know and grow what them as well. It is good when we learn from other countries and it sometimes takes us leaving out of our own confront zone to travel to an unknown place to find out we do not know it all. I enjoy viewing other peoples work or that countries way of living.
  • 6. In conclusion, it takes a flight to know different things about others and it helps us understand and broaden our horizons to new life on the other side. I took up Spanish four years in middle school and spoke the fluid language because I had many Spanish speaking friends. As time passed by me spoke less Spanish until I became rusty at speaking that language. Nowadays I find myself wishing I stayed in practice because I only understand some of that language. "If you don't use it you lose it", was an old saying when I was coming up in the world by my parents. I find this very true now that I am older. To speak to people who do not speak English one need to adopt a multicultural organization who is open to training or interpreting language other than English speaking people. When we relocate to other countries we should keep in mind where we are going, how will we get there, our passports and job permits needed, what is the travel distance, what is their money values, and how far is the office going to be and what part of the city we wish to live.
