Ingredients: Freshly chopped ginger root, 8 indian spices, black tea leaves
                                                                Serving Method: Teapot/Plunger
                                                                Place 2 heaped teaspoons of fresh chai per cup into teapot/plunger.
                                                                Add boiling water to chai, just enough to cover the tea leaves.
                                                                Heat soy milk on stovetop or in microwave, then add to teapot/plunger.
                                                                Sweeten with honey if desired.
                                                                Stir well and allow to stand for 2-3 minutes to infuse.
