1. A world without children!
Can you imagine that?
What would it be like?
It makes me yearn to ride my bike
To throw back my head and stretch out my legs
Hands off the handlebars and feet off the pegs
It makes me yearn for pillows of cotton candy
Sweet, sticky and oh so dandy
It makes me yearn to lie in the grass
And envision mystical animals as the clouds pass
To go camping at night
As friends roast marshmallows and tell stories to give each other
a fright
A world without children!
I can’t imagine that
It would be a great loss
A world so bland and so flat
