2015-present: Continuous Improvement manager

Nov. 2010 – 2015: Manager of Business Process Optimization
(BPO) team responsible for:
 Promote, initiate and implement continuous improvements
within the overall E2EO team. Identifies and provides
standards for gathering information for use in trend analysis
and reports information to management and staff.
 Significantly increase E2EO operational efficiency, and take
a holistic approach for optimizing overall OTA and OTC
processes (x-departmental).
 Build and maintain synergies and relationships with other
departments in and outside E2EO
 Interacts with internal customers on all levels to help resolve
process-related issues and provides answers in a timely
manner.
 Co-ordinate all projects, change requests and CI initiatives,
linked to E2EO back office and monitor milestones and
deliverables
 Build and strengthen the team’s delivery capabilities to
effectively respond to customer needs
 Come with proposals to increase E2EO’ s technical,
business and ordering efficiency
 Inspire coworkers to attain goals and pursue excellence.

2009 - 2010: function of Continuous Improvement Business
Analyst, directly reporting to Head of End-to-End Ordering dept.
Main responsibilities:
 Gather and analyse information in order to identify the
existing pain points in the different E2EO teams, and give
visibility of those pain points to E2EO and senior
management
 Propose and implement own solutions for improvement
 Responsible for the screening and evaluation of the
continuous improvement initiatives proposed by the staff
 Reviewing project requirement for EasySwift and participate
in the implementation
 Assist in setting up reporting of various types such as
optimisation of SAP order inbox through the so-called
'thermometer'
 Central point for implementing the TOP tool in the
department
2006 – 2009: Moved to Quality Measurement and Support Team
where I assumed three main assignments:
 The creation of the procedures for E2E Ordering
 Trainings/Coaching within E2E Ordering and for the regions
(Commercial assistants and CSC Order to Cash). This latter
role involved extensive travel
 Participation in the development and roll out of the SWIFT
Draft Order tool, which helped to increase our customer
focus within E2EO.
End 2003 - 2006: Worked as Team Coordinator within the
Validation team. I maintained this role and gradually evolved to a
deputy role within the team, joining projects and executing
reporting activities on behalf of my manager.
2002 – 2003: Joined the SWIFTNet Fin Migration (phase 1) team
where I was in charge of the migration of top customers. At the end
of the project, I joined the SWIFTNet Ordering team and
subsequently joined the Target 2 implementation team.
