A Nutshell Guide
This document is part of a series of ThousandEyes pricing documents available here
Introduction
Partners have options for delivery of services associated with a ThousandEyes end-user opportunity. They
may resell offers from Cisco CX or sell the customer their own bespoke offer. The partner may also elect to
leverage a mentored install via Cisco’s MINT program.
This document describes, in summary form, the services offered by Cisco to the end-user.
Note:
• A ThousandEyes subscription has always included basic end-user product support, usually accessed via
the platform itself, as part of the subscription. This continues to be the case.
• ThousandEyes product PIDs include ‘onboarding’ consisting of guidance and limited training to help
customers stand up their own environment. This guidance is available for 90 days following initial product
purchase. This is not an implementation service.
Cisco ThousandEyes Service Offers
The CX offers number three which relate directly to the three ThousandEyes product PIDs offered. Each offer
has a fixed scope SOW and is a fixed price. Each has the following deliverables in common:
• Project Management Plan - developed in collaboration with the customer
• Implementation Plan - developed in collaboration with the customer
• ‘As Built’ Document - describes completed deployment
• Knowledge Transfer - workshop session, duration up to two hours, covering the as-built deployment.
Supplemented by self-paced training recommendation
• Price of each $5,700
For each, delivery is by remote resource.
Cisco Implementation Service for ThousandEyes Units - ASF-CORE-TE-UNITS
This service provides the customer with planning and implementation help for testing carried out with Cloud
and Enterprise Agents. The scope is:
• Administrative configuration of the tenancy (account groups, users, roles, quotas, single-sign on)
• Deployment of up to 5 Enterprise Agents
• Test creation, up to 60 non-synthetic (transaction test)
• Transaction Test creation, 1
• Alert Rule creation, up to 10
• Dashboard creation, up to 2
• Report creation, up to 2.
Cisco Implementation Service for ThousandEyes Users - ASF-CORE-TE-USERS
This service provides the customer with planning and implementation help for EndPoint Agent deployments:
• Administrative configuration of the tenancy (account groups, users, roles, quotas, single-sign on)
• Deployment guidance for up to 500 Enterprise Agents
• Test creation, up to 10

Cisco Implementation Service for ThousandEyes Internet Insights - ASF-CORE-TE-INSIGHT
This service provides the customer with planning and implementation help for Internet Insights to monitor
availability and performance of applications and services across the Internet:
Catalogue Configuration, all packages purchased
Alert Rule Creation, up to 10
• Dashboard creation, up to 2
• Report creation, up to 2.
Cisco Implementation Service for ThousandEyes (custom) - CX-PDIC-NW-CSM
Advanced Services -Transaction (custom) offer that help customers deploy ThousandEyes products and
provide expert help implementing a digital experience monitoring solution based on a customer’s unique
needs if the above fixed scope offers do not suit.
