सूक्ष्मशिक्षण
MICRO TEACHING

कक्षा में कम समय में कम छात्रों को लेकर कम
तथ्यों को ककसी एक शिक्षण द्वारा सीखता है
उसे सूक्ष्मशिक्षण कहता है।
यह प्रशिक्षण छात्रों के शलए शिक्षण कौिल को अभ्यास
करने के शलए अधिक उपयोग है।

क्या तथ्य शसखाता है, ककस कौिल में
प्रशिक्षण प्राप्त करता है उसके शलए
प्रशिक्षण छात्र पहला एक योजना तैयार
करता है।
योजना (PLANNING)

शिक्षण (TEACHING)
योजना के आिार पर कक्षा में कौिल
का प्रशिक्षण प्राप्त करता है।इसके शलए
पााँच शमनट का समय देता है।

पृष्टभोषण (FEEDBACK)
प्रत्येक छात्राध्यापक की शिक्षण कौिल की
आिार पर अन्य छात्रों द्वारा पृष्टभोषण
प्रदान की जाती है। पृष्टभोषण के शलए
सामान्यतः छह शमनट का समय देता है।

पुनःयोजना
प्राप्त पृष्टभोषण के आिार पर छात्राध्यापक
सुझाव संघेदोम को अपनाते हुए अपने सूक्ष्म
पाढ़ का पुनःयोजना करता है। इसके शलए
लगभग बारह शमनट का समय देता है।

पुनःशिक्षण
पुनःननशमित पाढ़भाग को छात्राध्यापक पुनः
पढ़ाता है। इस कायि के शलए पााँच या छह
शमनट का समय ददया जाता है।

पुनःपृष्टभोषण
इस सोपान पर छात्राध्यापक को पुनः
पृष्टभोषण प्रदान की जाती है। खूबबयों तथा
कशमयों का अपबोि देता है। इस सोपान को
आलोचना सत्र भी कहता है।

सूक्ष्माध्ययन प्रणाली की आवश्यकता।
छात्राध्यापक इस प्रकार सूक्ष्मशिक्षण चक्र का प्रयोग
तब तक चलता है उसे सभी शिक्षण कौिलों में
दक्षता प्राप्त होता है।
