6. Discuss the different types of behavioural patterns among
   educators. (24)
7. Discuss why it is important to get to know the learners as
   individuals in your classroom. (10)
8. Discuss the following as important components what contribute to
   positive classroom cultures:
     8.1 Call learners by their first names (4)
     8.2 Informal talks with learners (4)
     8.3 Sense of humour (4)
     8.4 Do not hesitate to apologise (4)
     8.5 Educator’s behaviour towards the learners (4)
     8.6 Lesson tempo (4)
     8.7 Express disapproval of negative behaviour immediately (4)
     8.8 Guarding against over-reacting (10)
9. Discuss the different ways an educator can respond to learners
   who causes a disturbance. (20)
10.Discuss the different steps and reactions of educators when
