The project involved designing the landscape for Caltrans' new regional headquarters in San Diego to support a sustainable facility that blended with the historic character of adjacent Old Town. As the landscape architect, responsibilities included developing the planting design, vehicular and pedestrian circulation, central plaza, roof top gardens, bio-swales, and historic gardens from design through construction documents.
