Good project management is no longer an option in today’s corporate world.
It is a critical tool to help your company stay on target and accomplish its goals.

As long as you are clear about the various functionalities of your organisation,
how is it broken down and whether the responsibilities are shared, overlapped or
standalone, you can even have a hybrid OBS for the purpose of managing
projects in P6.
EPS
Enterprise Project Structure can be used in many ways to handle multiple
projects or the different versions of the same project.
Primavera P6 is a very powerful tool to manage multiple projects in one go even
if you are running a single user installation. EPS takes its capabilities to even
more powerful state by allowing it to create & archive projects in the way we
are comfortable with.
The foregoing example just illustrates some of the ways we can use the EPS
functionality of P6.

Mis-management or non-availability of
any of the above seven types of
resources can lead to failure of
project(s).
Some high-level thinkers in the
capacity of Project Managers consider
“Motivation” as a transparent resource
and constantly work on it throughout
the duration of the project.
No wonder, they succeed.
