don’t like it till they find the
job they need.
Every univ. professor will be
assigned 15 students to help
them in finding jobs and
communicating with the
companies.
The Univ. to organize job fairs
every semester and give free
marketing for the companies
who attend and hire some of
their students.
Create a specialized website
only for the fresh gradates to
show their skills and what
they can offer for the

3. Choosing Three Ideas!
The most practical idea:
The companies will guide the universities on how to design their certificate programs and what topics they should include.
Here, the tight integration between the job market and the universities will be achieved. The students will be actually studying what they need to know in order to get
hired, and the companies will stop complaining about the fact that the students do not have the initial skills and knowledge needed for them to get hired.
The most disruptive idea:
Every major in the univ. should have a one year graduation project where they should apply what they have learned in the univ. and connect to the real world.
This will force the students to think in a different way and force them to apply what they have learned into practical projects that are related to the market need. This will
give them the knowledge of what the companies need in order to hire them, and indirectly get them thinking on how they should re-design their knowledge in a way that
would make them more attractive for the employers.
My favorite idea:
Fresh graduates needs to start thinking as entrepreneurs and create their own projects and work
This is the amazing idea. If every student can just create their OWN job, then we will have no problems at all. The entrepreneur mindset should be given for every student
in the university and prepare them to start their own projects or companies once they graduate. This will require to give them a free training for few months to let them
know how to achieve that and then talk to the local and international venture funders in order to fund the projects they find attractive to them.
