1. Administration Office In this PowerPoint presentation I am going to talk about the fancy office and its equipment. I am also going to present pictures of essential office equipment and I’ll give clear explanation of their various features. I’ll clearly explain the importance of the equipment in the office.

It saves memory, gives us feedback and its the heart of all system. Large memory capacity. Massive, good designed desk. Very wide and in the good laid out. It possible to keep work on. Comfortable chairs makes it easier for workers to pay attention to what they do.
3. Computer Equipment Screen. This is a flat screen that shows us anything that we do on the computer. Keyboard. The board with a numbers and alphabet, so we can type anything we need. This slide shows us the highly recommended computer that the businesses use in the offices. The PC has been fully described and labelled to show us how does it work. Computers like this are helpful in our daily life. The computer. It saves memory, gives us feedback and its the heart of all system. Keyboard. 4. Printer Equipment This is control panel. It is incredibly helpful in making or choosing the options. Without is we wouldn’t be able to print for us. This is document handler. After the printing process that’s where the ready paper is going to be. This slide shows us the highly recommended printer that the businesses use in the offices. The printer has been fully described and labelled to show us how does it work. Printers like this can print anything we want in any size we want and in any paper we want. Paper tray. The box needs to be filled up with a blank paper which is going to be used in the printing process.
5. Photocopier Equipment The top is a document handler. That’s where the papers are coming out and ready to use. Paper trays. They’re also being fulfil at any times. This slide shows us the photocopier that the businesses use in the offices. The photocopier has been fully described and labelled to show us how does it work. Photocopiers like this are based on photocopying, printing etc. Control panel help us to dial different types of options. It depends what we want it done. Automatic sorting trays. Automatically change the options for different kinds of paper. Paper in reserve. We’re available to add more anytime.
6. Laminating and Binding Equipment The laminating machine is very helpful in printing out a massive posters designed. It is very useful for companies that are advertising a lot their business. The poster are usually good quality and easy to be seen. The binding machine is very easy and cool piece of equipment. It is very helpful in sorting any types documents out and sticking them together. It gives the documents more professional look.
7. Telephone Equipment This slide shows us the telephone that the businesses use in the offices. The telephone has been fully described and labelled to show us how does it work.
