  1. Global Media Development Foundation desires to create a Public /Private partnership and is an International organization designed to provide the Administrative, Resource Development, and Technical Support Systems that will aid in the emergence of new media and digital technology solutions to the social and economic problems of communities throughout the globe. A partnership between community residents, nonprofit organizations, government entities and corporations to support the development of self-empowerment in disadvantaged communities.
  2. Comprehensive non-profit community development organizations run by its members. A job training and placement organization which will prepare people to compete in their chosen industry by developing their Marketing, Advertising and Promotion knowledge and skills. A youth development organization. A public relations and project development organization which will attract and develop corporate participation and investment in the community. A foundation upon which the community can build into the future.
  3. The Foundation will train more than 200 residents each quarter through apprenticeship programs. We will develop customized training programs for jobs available from corporations and businesses seeking employees.
  4. The Foundation will provide supplemental training to community youth. Participate in strengthening community schools through the Teach Mom and Dad’s Program. Make computers and technical training available to community residents. Develop scholarships and support programs for college bound or tech school community youth.
  5. The Foundation will be a community run organization residents will help determine direction based on community needs. The Foundation will require all apprenticeship participants to perform 10 hours per week in community service to the community. All members must participate in order to take advantage of the foundations programs, and all members will be kept informed of community activities and initiatives.
  6. We have developed a sound structure and strategy. We have incorporated professional management and expertise in the program and operations development. We are developing the community, government and corporate partnership relationships required. We have developed innovative programs for corporations, businesses and the community.
  7. Virtual Media Connections will develop and oversee technology training and support services under contract to Global Community Development Foundation. From the development of commercial quality Information Technology training programs, to the development and maintenance of internal IT capabilities, VMC will commit its expertise and resources to assuring that the Foundation has every technological tool it needs. US Global Marketing Group will develop and oversee financial, government and corporate relations under contract to Global Community Development Foundation. USGMG’s involvement assures solid and lasting development of revenue and funding sources, public and private, as well as prudent management of those funds. AdNetworks will develop and oversee operations, marketing and public relations under contract to Global Community Development Foundation. AdNetworks and USGMG will provide support to the development of a solid internal governance structure, while developing the positive image the Foundation will require continuing its community development into the future.
  8. Our Apprenticeship Programs will help community residents develop job skills and experience while developing a better community. Our Computers Program will allow community residents to spread the benefits of their newly acquired computer skills to their family, friends and neighbors throughout the community. Our Teach Moms and Dads Program will teach teachers and parents, who will then teach the community children about technology during after school programs.
