Key Deliverables: The material was lying as unidentified waste beside shed. It was recovered, screened, and
directly utilized for high grade shipment adding almost Rs 48, 00, 00,000 revenue.
2. As a team, worked on a project to screen almost 4, 00,000 tons of lumps coming from Amona plant containing
high percentage of fines.
Key Deliverables: The project has enhanced the overall quality of the final product going for shipment and has
resulted in reduced customer complaints.
3. As a team, worked in the installation for RFID-OTS at weighbridges at Amona.
Key Deliverables: The project has enhanced a systemized outflow of logistical data from source to destination
point.
4. As a team, worked on the project of analyzing & steeping down Handling Loss of product exported.
5. As team worked for initial heating of coke oven batteries for the commissioning of the company project worth
Rs 500Cr
6. As a team, achieved approximately 8 million tons of cargo loading during FY 2010-2011 & 7.71 million during
FY 2011-2012
7. Complete monitoring of the operations of mobile plant for special rescreening of 60,000 tons of fines as well as
monitoring the transport of the rescreened material required for Kobe Steel.
