 Coordinates day to day production/QA.QC activities including product
quality and ensure conformance to company/customer specifications.
 Oversees other operations (Electroplating Line, Phosphating line,
Galvanizing, Powder coating and PTFE coating)
 Carries out In process and final inspection from pre-treatment to surface
finish stage(Coating thickness, Coating Adhesion, Coating cure test and salt
spray test etc)
 Prepares team for both Internal/External Iso Audits and Customer audits.
 Develop and implement operational process improvements, best practice
and operating procedures
 Establishes standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all laboratory
analytical process, and Quality control plans for job execution
