verification and identification as per project requirements listed in work orders.
Quality control encompasses activities aimed a determining whether results obtained through
activity conform to stated objectives for this activity.
The Fabricator shall define inspection points and inspection record requirements to verify
conformance to the contract requirement.
Examination of material for size, conformance to dimensional tolerances, and surface condition or
defects.
Examination of assemblies for overall dimensions, and location and orientation of holes and detail
components.
Verification that welding is carried out in accordance with the company's welding standards. This
includes visual examination of completed weld ments.
Examination of surface preparation and finish.
Cost estimation & Value Engineering of the project.
Supervision of installation works at site.
To Support for ISO Certifications and responsible for all re-certification.

Assembled Products and to witness work – order identification during Trial Assembly. Inspection of
Pre-Weld Joint set-ups and Post Weld joint visuals, then Select welds for NDT if needed. Carrying out
ND Testing such as PT, MT, RT & UT on welded region.
Pre-heat work pieces to make them malleable using hand torches or furnaces.

Main Project Title : Analysis And Experimental Of MIG WELDING IN SS 410
Description:
Martensitic (high-strength iron/chromium). Wear-resistant, but less corrosion-
resistant. "Most common methods of welding can be successfully employed with this alloy. To
reduce the chance of cracking, it is advisable to preheat the work piece to 350-500 F. Post-
weld annealing is recommended to retain maximum ductility. Filler metal, when required,
should be SS 410." You can also use great results.
Mini Project Title : Design And Fabrication Of MECHANICAL DERRICK
Description:
Derrick means one of lifting control. It’s heart of my project using for worm &
worm wheel. It is main working of construction field. Main concepts of my project light force
handle with the product and give the result heavy duty of product lifting conditions.
