I have worked closely with Michele Monfuletho over the past year as she performed
recruiting for the Moog Aircraft Group for several Strategic Sourcing positions. At the
time, Michele was working for agency hired by Moog.
Although I had a short tenure with Michele, she made a lasting impression. Her attitude
and resilience to find the most appropriate candidate for our sourcing team was
appreciated. She worked very close with commodity managers to find the skill set
necessary in candidates to meet our company’s objective. She often responded to little
notice and was able to organize and facilitate our interview team to select the most
qualified and compatible candidate for Moog. In her role, she would perform all
recruitment activities both internal and external to Moog.
I am confident that Michele will do well in her future endeavors. I would like to highlight

projects.

4) She works to collaboratively to build relationships enabling the accomplishment
of the overall project goals.
