It is my pleasure to write this letter of recommendation for Michael Mooney. I had
the privilege to work alongside Michael through the leaders out in front program.
His ability to stay focused, go beyond what is typically demanded, and work within
strict integrity parameters placed Michael in a class of his own. It would go without
saying, the candidates were able to acquire many essential leadership skills, which
he was effectively able to demonstrate and communicate.
Many of the leaders came into the program with an intermediate understanding of
business and financial acumen. Michael again was able to lead by example by
proving to be an invaluable resource both to the candidates and trainers alike with
his extensive accumulated background.
Although we were placed in a high pressure, high demand environment Michael
always had a smile on his face and knew how to have a good laugh when
appropriate, while getting the job done. An asset to any company, I fully support and
respect Michael as a person and professional.
