To Whom It May Concern,
As Project Manager for our Technical Operations department, I worked directly with Matt Scott since
spring of 2010. Matt was initially hired as a contractor, but was quickly brought on full time due to the
outstanding work he consistently produced. Several promotions later, he settled into a Senior QA Analyst
role.
Matt was an asset to our company. Motivated and eager to learn, he was always willing to assist with any
task, often going above and beyond what was expected of him. He is an excellent team player and will do
anything necessary to meet his individual or group objectives. As an effective problem solver and
decision maker, he was able to balance priorities in a highly technical fast-paced environment, allowing
him to easily meet deadlines and take on additional work and/or help struggling team members. He has a
high level of technical competency and presents himself with utmost professionalism. He should have no
trouble assuming a leadership role in the future.
In summary, I greatly admired his talent and sincerely enjoyed working with him. I wouldn’t hesitate to
