This document provides guidance for students on navigating their online Canvas course. It outlines the key areas students should check regularly, including the Announcement Page, Modules for assignments, Calendar for due dates, Grades for feedback and comments, and Course Documents for policies. Students are reminded to check these areas daily and contact their teacher with any questions.

2.  When you enter your course, here’s what you’ll see first!

3.  Remember the Announcement Page!

4.  Next, go to the Modules page to find your assignments!
 Click on the link taking you to your assignments for the day.

5.  Check your Calendar to find out what’s due each day! Scroll down the
January calendar page to find the labels for assignment due dates. At the
top left, you’ll see arrows to click and change months.

6.  You’ll want to check your Grades every day. With each grade are comments
about your work. When you click on the assignment link, you’ll move to
another window where you’ll see those comments and you can even enter
comments for your teacher! Here’s what your Grades window looks like!

7.  Click on the Course Documents Icon to find your Late Work
Policy and a downloadable copy of your Assignments
Schedule.

8. Remember:
 Contact me when you have a question.
 Check your Calendar every day to make sure you’re
current with your work.
 Check announcements daily,
 Check Course Documents for the Late Work Policy
and the Assignment Schedule.
 Your school receives a Progress Report of your work
every other week.
