Jihoon Kim, Boyeon Kim, Myung-
Suk Kim and Da-Woon Chun.
• They are Industrial designers from
the Republic of China.

• Weight : 4 kilograms
• Size: 450mm x 450mm x 80mm
• They can generate 30 watts per dB
of sound
• It’s made of polycarbonate.

• This device is able to absorb acoustic
energy ( in decibels) and transform it
into electrical energy (in watts).

• It’s useful to place it in noisy places such as
an airport and the noise generated by the
take-off of a plane is 150 decibels. This can
create with Sonea 300 kw.
• For example: 500 aircrafts a day take off. The
amount of energy created with Sonea would
be 1500 MW. With this data, imagine the
energy that could be generated in 1 year.

• If our country had this technology, we would
spend less in another types of expensive
energy ( petroleum, gas, coal)
• It is a non-polluting energy.
