The study of human behavior is important as
there is a difference in the behavior of
individuals, as a result of different countries,
regions, races, customs, traditions, laws,
civilizations and other factors.
The study of consumer behavior is a special
case or an integral part of the study of general
human behavior.
The study of consumer behavior is concerned
with the activities and behaviors provided by
the consumer and directly related to satisfying
his needs and desires which thus govern the
consumption process.
