We provide a seamless distribution service to Sony Liv, Zee5, Shemaroo, Humgama.com,
Amazon Video and many other.
Our mission is to present your film to the largest audience possible. We have delivered large
number of films for major Indian studios on these platforms. We support independent
filmmakers with digital distribution of their films worldwide.

4. Broadly there are 3 types of digital platforms:
SVOD
Subscription Video on Demand service where the platform charges a fixed subscription fee to
access the content on it. Platforms like Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, etc fall under this
category.
TVOD
Transaction Video on Demand service where the viewer can pay to watch (purchase or rent) a
specific content. iTunes, Google Play, etc are examples of the same.
AVOD & FVOD
Ad supported & Free Video on Demand services where the viewer can watch anything for free
in exchange for viewing ads. YouTube, Vimeo, etc fall under this category.
Some of the platforms comes under both SVOD and AVOD like HotStar, Sonyliv, Zee5 etc,
Because the have subscription plan for prime content and Free content also availed in these

6. Deliverables
• Profit Share Ratio Will be 40:60 of the gross revenue minus deductibles. 40% to the content/rights owner and 60% to Vista India.
• The delivery cost and Processing fee will be per title is in between Rs 50,000 to Rs 2,50,000 for OTT/VOD Platform and Rs 5,00,000/- onwards for
theatres(May varies of the number of screens). We handle the entire packaging and delivery of the content/rights to VOD and OTT platform Only.
• The licensing fee is routed through Madboxx Media Studio Bank Account to the content/rights owner’s bank account mentioned in the agreement.
The licensing fee is remitted in US Dollars/India Rupees without any withholding taxes.
•The producer/ rights owner cannot publish the film on any of the AVOD & FVOD platforms like YouTube, Vimeo, etc
•Payment structure will be in Half Yearly or Yearly depend on the Deal.
• Madboxx Media Studio will deduct Delivery cost & Processing fee for 1st amount received from platform and also after deducting 60% share and will
wire the remain 40% share to content/rights owner account.
• Deductible expenses are typically, expenses incurred towards ingest, QC, packaging, poster art, subtitle, BluRay or DVD purchase, courier charges,
delivery charges and any marketing spend (if applicable).
• After delivering the assets to Madboxx Media Studio, it goes under QC checks at our end before delivering to Platforms. This process can take around
30 to 45 days depending on the condition of the assets and other factors, After this, Platforms takes around 30 days to make the content live on their
platform. So, in total the whole process requires around 60 to 90 days.
