Put the question at the top of the page, and keep referring to it.
Keep that question at the front of your mind and keep to answering it.
Don’t go down too many rabbit holes…much as I love reading them, they take up
word count.
Do the portfolio if you are struggling with the essays, but be aware that you can’t
swap back to essays without writing them all.
Keep to the word count. I can’t mark the extra words.

How are different communities represented in your church?
8. Minority communities
How do you welcome those for whom English isn’t their first
language?
Does your wider fellowship- Deanery for example- have a
nominated expert for integration and refugees?
9. Age
What is the age profile of your congregation?
What is the age profile of your welcomers/sidespeople?
Are there different groups for different ages, or are you
intergenerational?
10. Coming to church
If you and your family were to enter your church for the first
time- would you come back?
