Negative aspects of relationships between brothers
and sisters and may include jealousy, competitions,
physical and verbal fighting (University of Michigan
Health System, 2011).
What? Why? How?
Antagonism between brothers and sisters
May come across into a form of bullying
that leads into violence known as SIBLING ABUSE !

4. 53% of children ages 3 to 17 years old have committed severe
violence against brother and sister (Wiehe, 1998)
1.5% from 75 killings in USA are reported to be sibling killings
(Dawson & Langan, 1994)
In 2014, Illinois, a young 14 years old girl killed her sister
because she felt unappreciated (CNN.com,2014).
